I know forbidden HuskerMAX topic in HB forum but ...

Maybe HuskerMax server is a Commodore 64 ? ;)

I got AT&T 45Mbps hi-speed service, Firefox and Adblock extension. Every sites I ventured was completely okay, 1 or 2 seconds finished loading connections except HuskerMax. Non-stop continuously loading (dreaded circular icon) and sometime weird main page ... misplaced. I tried to disable Adblock .... no luck, same problem. Also for example, I participate regularly in baseball forum. After reloading current page (up to date), half the time HMax often cut off for only three or four member posts and then 5 to 10 seconds hung up, frozen (no response). Repeat action or two (reload), suddenly disappeared. Frustrating.

Any secret info to solve this problems ? So far no HMax member answers. Hey HB members: Anyone who is an internet guru ?

ADDEM: Mostly spent time for HuskerMax, Huskerboard.com, NSide, CBSports and ESPN, ESPN3 and BTN GO, CNN, MSN and Yahoo news, Wunderground weather and Wikipedia websites ..... no porn website wink.gif. I never used Twitter and Facebook (no accounts)

Do you have any other plugins? I guess something like Adblock could be the culprit, but you said you disabled it. Does the page actually finish loading while still displaying that icon? Sometimes I get that on sites. I think it has to do with various scripts.

oh yeah, six plugins .....

shockwave flash, adobe acrobat, google update, photo gallery, silverlight plug-in and openh264 video codec provided by Cisco :confucius .

never finish loading in HMax. Sometimes finish loading within 5 seconds but very rare ........ 1 out of 10 success or so. I hate erratic problems
