What is the name of the cowboy N horse in the WY licence plate?

The horse is called Steamboat. Clayton Danks, a Nebraska native, is believed by some to be the cowboy riding the horse. Here's the Wikipedia page: Click Here

The first half of the Northern Illinois game I was thinking Allen wouldn't be much of a problem for the Huskers.

The second half I was all like, "oh sh#t".

Coach Bohl mentioned that Allen got more comfortable as the game went on. He's a very focused and competitive young man, A lot like Brett Smith with a canon for an arm.

Maybe he should play against the old coaches then.

Also, seeing articles like this and the one about the 2013 don't make the approach seem business-like.

It would be more like that if it was the old coaching staff, I guess, Johnson said. But Im still going to go there and show them what they really could have had. Im excited nonetheless just to go and play there.
