Eric the Red
Tournament of Champions The tournament format is simple. We have gathered the 16 most recent National Champions (limit 1 per school) and formed a bracket, Quote Link to comment
tattooedhusker
noone on that list can touch the '95 NU team IMO Quote Link to comment
pigsonthewing
95 NU is the best ever. but my money is on the media bias, we wont win. Quote Link to comment
dbetz23
Since when did Penn State win a national title in 94? I know they went undeafted, but my records show that NU took it all. Quote Link to comment
tattooedhusker
they'll give it to Notre Gay Quote Link to comment
drewalt
It pisses me off when they put 94 P.ST on there just becuase they can't put Nebraska on twice. We would've dominated Penn St. that year. And NO ONE could've beaten 95 Nebraska. Honestly, scary is the best word for the Defense and unstopable is a good one for the O. We ran the ball the whole friggen game and we'd still score 70 pts a game... 95 skers probably could've had their way with a few pro teams IMO. Quote Link to comment

drewalt
Of course, I'm not saying they could run with the Cowboys of the Mid-90's. BUt those teams that tally 1-3 wins every year, we could've hung with. Quote Link to comment

gamecocks
I don't think that many college teams could beat a pro team, because even though the college team has quite a few future pro athletes on them, a pro team is full of pro athletes. But I do think that 95 Huskers could of challenged a few of the poor teams in that era. Maybe not beat them but challenge them. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I agree with you all the '95 skers were scary!!! Quote Link to comment
