AgMarauder04
UTEP Coach to take over Husker BBall He might not be Billy Clyde Gillispie, but he is one of his students. He's got the same hard-nosed approach that the savior of the Aggie BBall program has. No-nonsense, hard-working, hustle-motivating, defense-minded. I predict a rise in the stock of NU Roundball! Gig 'Em Huskers! Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
Thanks. Hopedfully he can turn the program around. GBR!! Quote Link to comment
Alex 4.0
i would love NU to start producing good bball teams. Collier had become stagnant, although last year we "improved" it still seemed like it wasnt getting anywhere. if not for the sake of pride for our state and its people.... It would also make the football offseason so much shorter. not only would we get to see more games but basketball recruiting would become a new area of interest for fans. Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
Are we going to have any players around for him to coach next year. Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
Are we going to have any players around for him to coach next year. Our luckiest bet would be for him to bring some guys with him...one can only hope. Quote Link to comment
TheCropDuster
Not exactly what I wanted but hell I'll give the guy a chance. Welcome Doc! Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
A&M's cupboard was considered bare when BCG came in. He was beating teams like Texas and got close with Kansas with nothing but "scrubs." This guy is cut from the same cloth. It'll be interesting to watch. Quote Link to comment

AgMarauder04
Just like BCG. HE came into a program with very little talent and turned us into a force. I bet this guy can do the same with NU. Quote Link to comment
KansasHusker
He seems to be all about TEAM and hardwork. Yeah, he sounds like a guy that will really care about his athletes that come out to play for him. Quote Link to comment
dbetz23
I am still unclear and confussed about his offensive mind. But I am sure it will all pan out. Quote Link to comment
