Quickness and Speed are two different things. But what do I know. The scout most likely meant that he doesn't have world class speed, and does not use speed as his primary way to get open, rather a combination of physicality, speed, and hand/foot work.

Lol we were 5-7 last year. You don't KNOW that the Huksers will be favored in all of two games. Stop drinking so early. As of right now they are favored in all but two. Ohio State and Wisconsin are the two. We know they will be favored vs: Fresno, Wyoming, Oregon (NU is favored right now -2), Minny, Purdue and Illini, Maryland and Indiana. Iowa could be a pickem And as of right now, we haven't lost a game in the 2016 season. Maybe I should more optimistic, but I'll believe it when I see it. Don't forget who our QB is.

One reason a person in his situation may not take an OV to a place he has been to so many times is because I believe the schools only have so many slots to offer for OVs. I don't know if anyone has ever reached a limit like that but I do believe there is something like that in place. He would almost be doing them a disservice if he used up one of their allowed OV slots. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that rule though.A disservice? Lol. A five star with interest is never a bad thingThat's why I said almost. Of course they aren't going to tell him not to come so they can get someone else to. But he might think "hey, ive already been there a hundred times, maybe I'll let them use the OV on another 5 star guy from Florida since he can't pay to get there like I can."
