  1. Charley Walters ‏@Charley_Walters 9h9 hours ago Don't be surprised if it's announced on Tuesday that ex-Gophers football coach Jerry Kill accepts job with Kansas State.

Former Minnesota coach Jerry Kill will join K-State as associate AD, sources told @ESPN. Kill’s position at KSU is not a coach in waiting

  2. Thinking seems to be we like what we saw out of the guys we have this spring and where we're sitting with high school recruits. Not as interested as we were, especially after he's been injured. https://twitter.com/1K_66/status/732397475730993152
  3. Fun fact for the day: Current salary drawn from the Golden Dome: Brian Kelly - $1,624,730 Charlie Weis - $2,054,744
  4. Yeah, if not sleepy, at least unfocused or sloppy. The first game was really the only one they outplayed us. But we've done enough stupid things to make them all interesting. Total Offense Yards 2011: NU - 411; NW - 468 2012: NU - 543; NW - 301 2013: NU - 472; NW - 326 2014: NU - 471; NW - 290 2015: NU - 373; NW - 333
  5. Better than the Contra cheat code....
  6. I'd almost put NW as a loss more than a toss up. We've shown no signs of being able to stop them since we joined in the Big Ten, IMO. We've done a pretty good job of stopping them. We've just done a better job of shooting ourselves in the foot too often.
  7. Not much good to come of deriding a former player. Let's steer clear of the disparaging remarks.
  8. I think we'll be better served to court other prospects who bring less ... drama.

  10. Says Michigan and Ohio State will definitely get OVs. Not sure on others. Listed Stanford, UCLA and Nebraska as still among his leaders. Also considering Miami and Tennessee.

  12. This is not in any way a knock on the guys we're looking at/offered, but if the best players currently in the state are from Aurora, Beatrice, Ashland-Greenwood and Gretna, that's not speaking very highly of Class A ball in the state. Last year the Huskers offered three in-state guys and only one of them played Class A.
  13. Cav was at Ashland-Greenwood and Gretna today.
  14. I believe he's going to announce his commitment electronically - probably Twitter - and has the picture he's going to post with it - a pic that has been edited to include his school of choice - ready to go.
  15. I don't think he picks us. I don't think I'm going to be disappointed at all.
  16. Husker Volleyball may go undefeated this year...
