I am kind of hoping for this but if Riley is already going to be out there, why not let him come by the house? If it wasn't already planned it would be a different story. I thought all along that the longer he didn't say anything, the better it was for us. But this makes me think something's up.

Will be interesting to see. Not really the same situation as both those ships had been slowly sinking for a couple years. Recruits were already bailing well before the coaching change. Not sure how much momentum Florida has going but I'm not going to say much about Michigan until this time next week.

Have to think one of the QB's moves on after spring camp. Fyfe is my guess, but its just that...a guess. I think at least one will go and possibly two. I wouldn't guess Fyfe unless it's to UNK or something like that. I would say whoever is #3 between Armstrong, Stanton and Darlington will likely leave. And maybe two of them if Fyfe or even Bush is ahead of someone.

The previous staff was working on several guys who played RB in HS but they were told they would be used both in the backfield and in the slot here. Not sure if the new staff does the same or not.

Stewart tweet Husker-related stuff from time to time so I think he still really wants to be here. But it seems like the new staff prefers bigger backs so I'm not sure they'll be interested. Jacquizz Rodgers and Mike Riley disagree. Just seemed weird that the OWH said "current" - wonder if they know something we all don't or if it was an honest mistake. Yeah, they had one guy a decade ago who didn't fit that mold. But I'm pretty sure they even said after they got here that the prefer bigger backs. I believe the new staff has offered four backs since they started. They are 6-2 & 210, 5-10 & 200, 5-11 & 200 and 5-11 & 220. Stewart is 5-6 & 165.

How does that work with the 500-mile radius territories? I liked that. It stuck out to me. I think the context of this quote is, he had big ideas on his first plane ride over but quickly had to re-adapt to the challenge. I don't believe that's what they're doing currently, but the recruitniks would know more. Yeah, I think zoogies is right. I think they only used part of that conversation for this article. They realize you have to have coaches cover a region to build relationship with the high school coaches and identify guys then bring in the position coaches once you've identified a guy to go after.
