Crisp or soggy, tots are out of bounds. Basically can't avoid flavortown with any version of fried potato smothered in other greasy stuff. Might be a green chili & cheese fries sort of night.
I've had a Reuben version poutine with corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss but I haven't yet had the traditional with brown gravy and cheese curds. It's on my near term list. It likely will be the beginning of my demise.
