    Man Nebraska is gonna be very well off with the trio of Maverick, Lenhardt, & Princewill U. Not to mention the other guys.

      With the former staff, that phrase we heard so much actually meant "You are young! You aren't ready!  I'm so scared you might screw up!  You might miss a tackle !  Don't return the punt, you might fumble!" 

       

      With this staff it means "If you got talent, if you can play, we will get you on the field immediately.  You earned it"
