Super Bowl Halftime Show
The entire discussion around this is ridiculous. Yes, it was different this year than other years. It appealed to a different crowd that some others. Great.
What I find irritating is people who are saying..."this is what it should have always been". Well....sorry to disappoint you, but there are lots of different generations that watch the Super Bowl and they probably try to appeal to various age groups in different years.
Next year might be totally different and that's fine.
The funny ones are the people claiming...YEAH....they finally appealed to a younger crowd. Hmmmm....artists from the 90s??? If you're saying that...you're no longer part of the "younger crowd".

I enjoyed Dre, Eminem and 50 cent. I’m ok with Snoop, really wished it was only Dre, Eminem, Snoop and Ice Cube. Pretty bummed there wasn’t a hologram of 2Pac. The music took me back to my youth. My dad who’s in his upper 60’s doesn’t listen to that type of genre of music started throwing his arms up. It was weird seeing my mom throw her one arm up in the up and down motion haha.

@Apathy that's awesome and glad you enjoyed it. There have been years where I felt the same way. Other years where others felt that way. It's great that they change it up for the diverse audience that they have.
