  1. So, you're saying this is a disaster and we will never be able to replace him in this class. And...he literally started his post with "He's a good talent".
  2. Not sure what you mean by that. The post you replied to was saying he's a good talent. It's just that this isn't going to kill the program that he went to Iowa. I agree. I would have loved to have had him at Nebraska. But, it's not something that is going to make this class or the program a disaster that he wen to Iowa. So...basically you are saying "there it is" to a post that didn't do what you're anticipating.
  3. But...but...but...I keep hearing someone saying that they're failing.
  4. How the f#&% are these two not arrested. It's on video for christ's sake.
  5. Nobody, that I can think of, has said that she shouldn’t have the ability to tell her story and an investigation be done. There are opinions on what she has said so far...which are appropriate.
  6. Pardon me, but Trump supporters have zero credibility in this conversation.
  7. Yep...it's all taken care of. No need for them anymore. I wonder how long before Birks an Fouci are shown the door because they contradicted Trump at times. And..you know...we have Jared on the job.
  8. From my graph, if you look at March 29 to April 25th, over that 28 day period, there were 9,563 deaths in the US. That's 1,855 more per day than the average in 2017. I think the reason why the most recent week is so low is the lag in reporting and documenting. From my link:
  9. I found this interesting. I am trying to figure out how many more deaths were in April than normal. I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, but in 2017, there were 2,813,503 deaths. So, that would be 7,708 per day. LINK So, in April, you would expect 231,246 deaths from normal causes. As of April 29th, YTD there has been 66,000 more deaths than were expected. The graph on this page is really telling. LINK Look at the last 4-5 weeks on the graph. Sorry, can't figure out how to post it here. You can select specific states. Check out NY.
  10. Also, keep in mind. This is just till August 4th. This isn't projecting the deaths into the fall and winter. We will have deaths from this all the way up till we have a vaccine or major breakthrough in treatment.
  11. He's the jacka$$ radio personality that makes up conspiracy theories. He promoted the idea that the Sandy Hook school shooting was a government created lie so Obama could promote gun control. Yep....all the families and officials were actors working for the government and the shooting actually didn't happen.
  12. I was thinking...DANG...that's a lot of great offers for an unrated kid. Then I clicked on his 247 profile. Makes more sense now.
  13. Would love to have him...but oh well. Go get better ones. I'm assuming the Fong Bomb is to Iowa?
  14. My three kids absolutely hate it and have the attitude of...why am I spending this much money to watch something on line. All three are studying subjects that should have labs in many classes or clinical experiences they are missing. I'll also admit that this is self serving too. I need them back in school again so I can get back to enjoying being an empty nester.
  15. You wouldn't do it to the ones towards the top of your board. But, maybe ones that are being offered scholarships to lesser programs. Hey, you can come to Nebraska on a partial scholarship. Those guys that are better than your typical walk-on, but not as polished as your top recruits. Someone who could have a better chance of developing into a good player. I think the bigger risk is if some take you up on it and then the NCAA cracks down on you.
  16. I'm not sure how the NCAA is going to look at the free tuition and then being a walk-on for football. If it doesn't count towards the 85 rule, then why wouldn't we offer a lot of really good players whose family qualifies for the free tuition to walk-on? They wouldn't be on as big of scholarship, but it would be a big help.
  17. All students so they can go back to school.
