Just watched this game on DVR and wow is all I have to say.....undisciplined,no focus, horrible special teams, defense not making adjustments, more horrible calls by the refs...How has this sorry team won 8 games...coaching is absolutely pathetic.....I am sure you guys covered all these things don't even want to read the posts......our boys only know how to lose one way...UGLY.....can't wait for Bo to take the blame and do nothing about it as usual.....funny how the 2 teams NU beat are gonna play in the CCG....oh well at least I got to FF through this garbage.

there should be about 3 minutes left in this game if NU runs the game clock down....even a dunce cap like speilman can see that....ridiculous that they are snapping balls with 23 seconds left on the clock....win or lose our coaches are dumb.

because I just turned on the TV and Larry the cable guy: Health Inspector is on and when I saw his hat with the logo on it I knew it was a sign that not only will NU roll tomorrow but win out the rest of the season...GBR!

Michigan didn't even matter genius. if we beat them we each would of had 2 losses with us having the tie breaker. We HAVE to have Mich St. lose one more game, and win out. Badgerfan is 100% correct in saying we are officially in the B1G....NU is a perfect fit for a horrible conference which I have been subjected to for years that has been dominated by tosu forever and when they get to the big game they get smoked more often than not by the SEC team they play or when another team has a big year they get spanked in a bowl ( see TCU last year ). This game was decided in the first quarter when NU is 4th and less than 1 at the 50 and they punt....the 2 turnovers didn't help....cain kolter looked like Brad Smith except not as tall.......You could tell Bo went to tosu because he and fickell (see end of miami game) think the time outs carry over to the next game...I don't put this on Beck...2 turnovers killed the team and if Bo says they weren't ready to play then that is on him and nobody else...when the cats lose to rice next week it will make this loss even worse if that is possible. NU is the perfect fit for the B1G!

I think that he would have picked up the first downs that bauserman couldn't and it would have allowed for more time to run off the clock which probably wouldn't have allowed NU to come all the way back....they may have made it close though.

It would have been 10 times worse for me listening to the obnoxious OSU fans for the next 2 weeks...funny I haven't heard from any of them today.

i hope to gawd you are not bo pelini or beck. The best defense for a bad defense is an offense that keeps it off the field....I have done my best to control my sideline outbursts this season but.....oh ummm no I am not beck.

Good plan, except for the fact tOSU has the 19th rated run defense in the country... Miami gashed them and the talent at RB runs much deeper at NU than the U....so I say again RUN!

Creative running- side to side...misdirection...reverses with bell and turner...mix in a few 3 yard passes as an extension of the running game....better than throwing the ball to the other team. Martinez does not look off receivers or go through progressions and from what we have all seen I don't think this will change.

Forget the biggest game of the pelini era think about me and the crap I have had to put up with for years from the most obnoxious fans in college football....my husker magnet mysteriously disappearing from my tailgate and my husker flags being defiled and yes neighbors I know who you are and where your buckeye yard gnomes are as well...these people think that their questionable win of the national championship ( no it wasn't pass interference) in 2002 makes them the greatest thing since the thong bikini. and the huskers run 55-60 running plays a game I can see this team winning 5-6 more games easily by controlling the clock and keeping the porous defense off the field.

Martinez should not be allowed to throw the ball unless the team is up by 3 TD's.....ground,ground,ground.....the wr's can be worked in with wildcat and reverse plays to utilize their blazing speed.

This game will probably look like one of the soccer games my son played in when he was 6......two giant masses going back and forth on the field but accomplishing nothing.

I really dont think its that bad. Our schedule isnt that tough compared with tonight. Even if your not #1, a BCS bowl is nice is it not? Its been a while for fu#*$ sake.#15 When I originally responded to this last night I admit I was still pissed off but I guess what I was trying to say is that when any team starts a season in any sport I would imagine the goal is to be the best in that sport when all is said and done and anything else....my bowl eligible comment was probably a little out of line but after what I saw last night I was trying to figure out where the other wins are coming from this year.
