Urb wasn't an NFL coach My bad. Heard he was offered though. From the NFL, seem to remember Cowher kicked around. Might not have been same time period. That might have been after Cally. My belief is that it was Spurrier. He stayed at Washington for a year and then took a year off before going to South Carolina. Spurrier makes the most sense to me. And he would've been a major hire at the time. Who knows how it all could've turned out.

He reminds me a lot of Deion Jones from a couple years ago. A bit of an unknown commodity but had tons of speed for a LB, then as soon as he committed his recruitment blew up. Jones ended up to be quite the player for LSU. Hopefully we can hang on to Hampton.

If I had to only pick one, I'd go with Darnay. Can never have too many great CBs. KJJ a close second. However all three would be huge.

Bisharat is interesting to say the least. 6'2 210 RB/WR. Doubt were actually an option but can't really say no to that talent.

Give me Fitz, Jackson, Jackson, Farniok, Simmons. I think we're good enough at corner, we can pass on Davis.

Miller and Jefferson are similar styles, both former big linebackers that are being converted to DEs. I like the extra speed, as long as they're solid in run support.

Could explain the strange situation with Fyfe over the summer too. Maybe he was going to transfer after getting beat out by Darlington but then decided to stay after whatever incident occurred.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gaylord passes up Knevel at one of the tackle spots. Heard some good things about him and Cav has shown he is willing to play freshmen.
