So apparantely Pepsi is sponsoring a concert in Milligan NE tomorrow. Nobody knows who the performer is. Rumors of Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood, Beyonce and Bruno Mars. The concert is free and at 6:30. I dont have a link or anything but my facebook has been going ballistic all day with these rumors. I guess Pepsi has dumped off numerous pop machines around the town in random places too. They are supposedly shooting a commercial for the Super Bowl during said concert.

OU beat Bama, Baylor beat OU, UCF beat Baylor. UCF Is better tham Bama

Technically al bowls besides top 5 are meaningless. I think it did change the season. A loss would have set a depressing tone for the next season. Recruiting could suffer and we cant afford that. The win definitely meant something to all of us.

I found myself more excited during that game than I was for the last half the season. It felt right. Team looked determined.

This is the most striking argument to me. If one or the other had come in and done well, you could call it a coincidence. But as both of them have beaten the top teams in the conference in their first two years, I think that's a pretty clear indication that the SEC isn't as head-and-shoulders above everyone else as is often portrayed. It would be more striking if it were correct. It's 1, not 3. This stuff really is easy to look up, guys, no need to rely on a faulty memory. But I agree that Missouri stepping in and winning their division does make for a good argument, and A&M has fared well too. Guessing he meant Big 12 title game appearances not SEC

I honestly think he was worried for his job. His smile, to me (just my opinion) seemed much more than a win..it looked like a relief that he keeps his job. Just wait until he gets comfortable again, he'll be the raging nose as always. Or he had lost 3 straight bowls and was thrilled how his team performed to win for the Senior class. But yeah, probably worried about Eichorst firing him since he didnt call no take backs when he gave Bo his support.
