Purdue wont be a gimme but we will outlast them and pull away comfortably. Minnesota is coached well but thats it, comfortable win early lead. NW will take us to the wire but we should be able to keep up and win in the end. Michigan has looked awful but The Big House is scary. Toss up, maybe win. MichSt has 0 chance to score on our D that should be mature by then. Win by 20. PSU is looking like a team under restrictions....finally. Hard win, but a win. Iowa.........................um.......ugly win, 24-13. Or a blowout. Either way a win. So there you have it 7-1 or 8-0. If tOSU goes unscathed and beats us to go to BCS title we go to Rose. If we pull off a miracle and dont lose another game before bowl season, we still go to Rose. If we piss two games down our leg and finish 9-3 we get to lose to Im guessing LSU in CapOne Bowl.

Dude, very cool to hear a Texas fans ay they miss us. Because if I had my choice between playing OU and UT I would take the Horns. I agree. But I think were finally getting there recruiting wise. His gameplan is solid but yeah, Suh made that system work. Get out to SEC contry and offer 2 or 3 seniors who play well together a chance to make the Blackshirts great. Chemistry would go a long way to making his system run smoothly. Get a couple guys who already .esh well or play a similar system from SEC land and we would be back in business. No one is playing Bos defense at the HS level- HS kids have less practice time, they dont play year round, many have no spring ball, they play other sports, many of the best ones play both ways- NO CHANCE they have the time or maturity to runs Bos defense. This isnt a 4-3 under defense with 100s of manuals and clinics- most HS coaches wouldnt have a clue how to run this defense. No chance you get 3 kids all on the same team all 3 stars and above, all seniors, all from SEC country to head together to play north at NU, all of those factors an absolute impossibility That has to be one of the silliest things Ive ever heard, you would have better chance of saying hey just find a couple of Big Foots and try and get them eligible LOL Do you just wake up in the morning and go "Who can I annoy today!" Seriously man, I dont want to be your rival, Im not going to be your Iowa. Someone who deals in absolutes like you do should be more into science than football. I don't think you understand how Northwestern works. Husker fans may come to view Northwestern as a rival but they will never return that sentiment. B1G schools have been playing each other for more than a century. It would take decades of close games between relevant teams to make this a rivalry. That and or geographic proximity are what combine to make rivals in the Big Ten and I can't picture Nebraska annexing Iowa anytime soon. Don't be like ND where they play a team twice and "OMG we're rivals now!" No thats how it used to work. Look at a&m - Bama. Look at Mizzou and....... ok thats all I got. But still rivalries used to take decades because geography was all we had back then. Now with social mesia and the internet it only takes a handful of games for a bad blood to boil. Maybe the Purples dont see us as a rival yet. But ask a KState fan how he feels about NU.

I guess. If you find Ohio State's failure to be more important the Nebraska's success, I could see how you would think it's stupid. I think beating an undefeated NW that beat tOSU THEN beating tOSU that only lost to NW would be ideal.
