Minnesota isn't exactly a scrub unit. Their average linemen weighs over 300lbs I think they said. And we're just now getting a BYE with 4 games left. Let's not pretend that didn't play a factor today. It's not an excuse, this should've been a win. But that's why the Defense took a while to fire up. They've had a good year really considering the strength of schedule. Our Offense is fantastic.....if the O Line steps up. Give us a couple JUCO guys to bolster that unit up in the off-season, please! And a kicker....cripes. That's inexcusable. Missing short FG and XP. But seriously, move on to who? And wait ANOTHER 4 YEARS for a turnaround. Based off the play of this team, record be damned, Scott Frost deserves another year. Laugh if you want, but whoever we would have to settle for if we canned him now wouldn't be the answer. Nick Saban isn't moving West. Sleep on it folks.

Nevermind we got flagged on rules that had to be dusted off or invented on the spot, and he was awarded 2 touchdowns that had to be reviewed on one drive and another even though there was 0 time on the playclock, and they got a new set of downs for a pass interference where his receiver ran into our defender, and that they only got 3 up on us on a fumble that should've been blown dead seconds earlier. Being **so close** sure feels a hell of a lot better than getting curb stomped. But losses are losses if you don't look at the game as a whole I guess.

This is the first season with Nebraska where he's calling plays with the team he has and not the team he wishes he had.

Eaisly their worst team. That's only reason I'm scared, they'll have nothing to lose because a division title isn't on the line.

Nobody is "cool" with 4 to 5 wins. Literally Nobody. Illinois was an anomalie compared to every game since then. This team would shred Illinois if they played again, I'd bet my life savings on it. Doesn't excuse the loss, but if you can't see a difference between now and then you're ignoring it.
