    After watching a lot of good football tonight, particularly the Egg and Iron Bowls, I think we need to recognize that Nebraska not only has coaching issues but talent issues on the field. The QBs/LBs/WRs on those teams absolutely outclass Nebraska. We have to start pulling in top 15 classes on a yearly basis to really compete with the best teams in the country.

      I think the talent might be a bit closer than you think. But the coaching and development of players is light years behind.

      Strigori is right on. Talent speed is there. But we play tentative and seem to be thinking to much. Our guys esp on sefense dont seem to have a full faith in the system. Lack of mentality and lack of confidence really slows a player down.
