  1. The only thing that gets me is the narrative that Dylan was lied to about taking a extra QB by OSU and that's why he decommitted. Chances are, it's that Dylan notified OSU in private a few weeks ago and OSU went and got the best QB they felt like they could land. That being said, similar to Joe Burrow, we do have to wonder if the roster situation at Nebraska warrants Dylan coming here. With 3 injured QBs this season, 2 of which requiring offseason surgery, and our QB last season playing with a jaw wired closed, I remain skeptical that this is a situation Raiola is going to want to come to.
  2. It's about time a political party started to dig into the problems every day Americans care about. We should also look into these woke judges dismissing voting fraud charges against people DeSantis specifically targeted. I mean, it's not like he's a politician targeting and harming people for political gain. I mean, this is the exact sort of corruption America needs at the top! @Archy1221 understands this as well as I do!
  3. Yeah, I thought to myself "why vote for candidates that want to help Americas most vulnerable when I can vote for a guy who will also be shilling NFTs to his gullible supporters". I mean if the Republican Party wants to be a historical embarrassment who's only "policy" is angry reactionary politics, I might as well enable it!
  4. Well, if you weren't ingesting the lies of the woke left mob you'd know that Trump beat Biden. It doesn't make sense to distance yourself from a winner!
  5. Frankly, I can't believe that a President who's opening foray into politics by claiming Obama was born in Kenya and that his people were "investigating" Hawaii in search of his birth certificate would dupe supporters like me with a grift like this. You might want to judge me for twice voting for a President who's organization has committed several felonies, who's now shilling NFTs and Q memes on an alt-right social network because the mainstream ones wouldn't let him spread lies undermining Democracy, but listen... I've learned my lesson. I support Ron DeSantis. This Patriot isn't some hack who had to import immigrants to send them off to Martha's Vineyard and who had to fake arrests of citizens for voter fraud in a bizzare display of political theater. He truly has policies that will help people (that he can't release the details of because the evil Dems might steal them). The last time I voted for a moron, but this time, it's completely and totally obvious that this is different!

  7. Sorry, but you can go back to fawning over DeSantis for acting like he found voter fraud and for his totally serious and not at all a political side-show public health policies. His well detailed and highly publicized policy proposals aimed at helping the most vulnerable Americans - and not just being a moronic politician lacking any substance whatsoever who's only political gambit is faking outrage at immigrants, public health policy, public education and really anything Fox News is mad about at that particular moment- is just the sort of leader America needs and would make the founding Fathers beam with patriotic pride.
  8. Just like we told you how Trump was a moron in 2015 and it was obvious to anybody with ears that it was going to be a disaster, I'm going to make a mistake and try to tell you again: DeSantis is the same sort of moron. I get that Republican voters are too far gone to be reasoned with, but just like when I see a kid about to stick a fork into a light socket I feel like it's my duty to try and prevent them from making a pretty obvious mistake.
  9. Correct. But also consider they allowed last years starting QB to break his jaw, get this year's starting QB injured with a torn labrum, as well as his one of his backups to end up with 3 injured QBs across two seasons. Even not accounting for getting their QBs injured, they allow their QBs to get pressured at one of highest percentages in the country, were 102nd in sack percentage, and were 113th in yards per rush, and while being led by backup QBs led an offense that was dead last in the country by being nearly 40 yards per game worse than the second worst team over those stretch of games.
  10. You're almost certainly correct. Because the Republican Party is totally serious about policy - why they've decided to officially not run on policy the last two elections is because Democrats would steal their ideas - they're likely to reveal a full fleged proposal to help every day Americans. Unlike previous "policy", which included the refusal of government money for Healthcare and to sue the federal government for daring to help the poor - causing untold harm to hundreds of thousands of America's poorest citizens - this time is different!
  11. When I say he doesn't have time, I'm not referring to the fans or administration. I'm referring to the realities of the B1G, with the additions of USC/UCLA, and likely difficult schedules that result once divisions are eliminated. Rhule is inheriting a roster devoid of talent. He's adding a bunch of reaches to a roster currently stocked full of reaches by the previous staff: Haarberg, Torres, Hardy, Androff, Carrie, Rollins, Hickman, Lynn, Malcolm, Snodgrass, Lynum, Johnson, Gates, Bretz and Williams - are all players that have been buried on the depth chart and/or passed by walk-ons at their various positions (inculding all 6 scholarship TEs). This does not include players like Fidone who have extensive injury histories that may never contribute or starting players like Benhart and Corcoran who might be the worst players at their positions in the country.
  12. I agree, I would contend that this is more than a reach. It doesn't mean I won't be critical considering the state of the roster.
  13. Sorry for my overreaction and poor quality post. Competing with Stony Brook and Monmouth University for players - with a roster already devoid of talent - is an excellent strategy and a good use of resources. Every other successful team - with their rosters full of useless "stars" - are doing it all wrong.
  14. He needs to spend scholarships on players rated higher than 0 stars. Recruiting isn't complicated. Let's not act like recruiting players unwanted by any team is a viable strategy. He doesn't have time. The roster already has no talent. The B1G is going to eat Rhule alive.
  15. Rhule is going to find that it's a lot more difficult to pull off in the B1G. Frankly, it's unlikely to work. My hope was that he would use NIL resources to lure 4* talent and develop them... alas, just like his assistant staff pool, he's using those resources to acquire talent Nebraska could've gotten anyway.
  16. And yet she still nearly won. It truly boggles the mind how lost Republican voters are. I mean, the moronic nature of the party was obvious to anybody who listened to Trump for more than 3 seconds in 2015, but here we are.
  17. He isn't wrong. The path for Manchin is pretty narrow. Although not impossible. Let's not forget how truly terrible, moronic, idiotic and stupid the Republican candidates for office are. Their midterm performance was so terrible you have to compare it to the midterms after 9/11 and Watergate to find similar results. That's essentially how the public is viewing Republicans now.
  18. The Rhule coaching staff is trending in a mediocre direction. It's a C- so far. Basically if the hiring pool was less, Rhule would've still hired basically the same guys and not used the money to bring in a known recruiting guy.
  19. Yeah, the party who's majority just voted against the Respect for Marriage Act are the good guys! Let's be honest, you can't be evil towards gay people if you don't think they're people in the first place. But in all seriousness the Right is to far gone to be saved. Unfortunately polarization is getting worse.
  20. Thanks for your insight. Might I add, the passion you have for your team is what I love about College Football. You're a great fan! The sport is about more than Alabama, Ohio State and Texas. It's the fans from all the smaller schools that matter and that make this sport the most unique and entertaining sport in the world.
  21. Hopefully we improve. However, our running issues have to do with the Line. No quick fix there.
  22. I think he had issues hitting the gap, but he often was met with a defender as soon as he got the ball. Make no mistake, the offensive line was worse than your eyes even tell you.
