Did anyone see what Petteway did to earn his taunting technical at the begining of the game? I've been watching on ESPN3 but I never saw anything.

So instead of suck for luck we're blow for no bo? I hate this thread... The good news (?!) is regardless of whether people root for us or not I don't have a good feeling about beating Iowa,...so.....moot point? Yeah, I hate this too.

This kind of has the feel of when NFL fans root for their team to suck so they get a high draft pick. That pick could be a boom or bust, just like a new coach. Still, I can't bring myself to root against Nebraska, just can't do it. Just like I couldn't root for Miami this year.

This could be sort of my fault, I kind of wished in another thread someone turned this topic into a poll.

Its strange, I was always a fan. But it wasn't until Nebraska winning wasn't a gauarantee that I felt the need to be as invested. Plus through high school I was WAY more into pro wrassling and backyard wrestling. I attended my first game in 2004 against Colorado. That should have been enough to scare me off for good but it didn't. The 2005 USC vs Texas game was what drew me into the grand scheme of college football. Very cool, I haven't heard that reasoning before but it's very admirable.

I'm wishing this was an actual poll question, I keep trying to count the votes, but I'm lazing and I hate counting, still be curious to know though. Also, don't get me wrong, I don't think anything less of someone who wants to root against my Huskers this weekend it's a free country, you can root for whoever you want. Just count me out.
