I agree @ScottyIce, I would bet he is giving both schools a discount on the deal. He's making enough off of Nebraska, no need for him to try to squeeze another $100 or $200k on the deal.

I didn't write that clearly.  Obviously you can't force a specific salary.  But the contract states comparable salary.  Which is not the case here

With Riley only getting $50k/yr. with his position, I can hear the DoNU Legal Team shining their shoes and filling up their briefcases with important documents as we type. There's no way this goes uncontested.
