  1. I get what your saying about coaches always using that line to get recruits, but if they can actually see it with their own eyes that has to help sell it. Well, if playing time is the most important part of their decision.
  2. Yeah we'd have to sell our soul to get a chance at this kid.
  3. Thought for sure it was another box jump video when I saw the new post.
  4. I voted defense neutral and offense positive for both cases. Defense has been the biggest question mark for quite a few years so I am in a wait and see approach with that side of the ball. Offense seems like it will be exciting enough to get some talented players interested in the program, but it will take some time to lure in the big dogs. I took a safe response of neutral for recruiting overall, because the sample size is way to small to gauge how confident I am with recruiting at this point in time. I am extremely optimistic, but cautiously reserved at the same time which feels weird.
  5. I feel like they were gone when the staff left. Let's see what happens with coach Frost's gets a chance to recruit his own people.
  6. Going with the hologram theory, how else do you explain the same pose same smile over and over.
  7. Transfer mainly due to the lack of time to install a new offense in time for a very brutal schedule. Tristan looks talented enough to run the offense so perhaps he could push for #1 QB, but I feel like a transfer like Wilson could start day one and be serviceable enough to win some games. Time will tell.
  8. Talanoa Hufanga is not a set in stone Oregon commit, but was a heavy favorite for them. Tough pull without Mike Riley and staff, but you have to try for an athlete of his caliber.
  9. I am personally attached to my kneecaps and would not do without them.
  10. It did feel a little creepy lol. I mean I thought that we wanted recruits to feel comfortable coming to Nebraska. Not feel like their Ex was keeping tabs on them.
  11. Maybe we will have to wait and see how the fallout goes I guess.
  12. Plenty of us on here have no way of identifing future talent for kids coming out of highschool whether that kids is two star or five. For those of you who have that eye for talent or not let's be realistic about it. If Riley and company feel he has what it takes to compete after some time in the program and help from the staff then they will accept his commitment if one is coming our way. I mean Deontre Thomas was rated a three star and he is performing pretty well for us on the defensive line. All I am saying is we have had players come in who in highschool looked like the all conference players like Aaron Green, but at Nebraska had under performed and on the flip side we have had low ranked players like Lavonte David who ended up monsters in the program. I guess we will have to wait and see.
  13. No.No as in you don't think we should take him or no he is not considering us?
  14. I hate to take a defeatist attitude on this, but social media posters like Troy are like a hydra. If you cut off the head another one grows in it's place.
  15. Got some speed with this one. Man our receivers could be dangerous real soon if they aren't already.
  16. Wow that's the best defense I think I have seen from Banker if that's true.
  17. 2018 class is currently sitting at #22, around the same place we normally end up. http://247sports.com/Season/2018-Football/CompositeTeamRankings Would like to point out that we sit at 22nd with ten recruits. Ten.
  18. I'd say that the offensive line was not good last year we have yet to see how good they are now.
  19. Need to give him the biggest cookie they can make to put in his room.
  20. Bros that hang together, bang together?
