  1. Row 44 will not be in the Mich St section. Their seats start above the walkway (row 70ish), no?
  2. This is the correct answer. As to who is the worst, of course most are saying Stewart because our pass defense is god awful. But I am going to give him a bit of a pass as it could just be a really bad scheme.
  3. Hopefully the recruits in those states noticed this...
  4. Fully agree with this. He had to work for that one, not just run as fast has he could for 70 yards.
  5. Moore is 2nd in the B1G with 5 TD catches.
  6. I was listening to McKewon/Nyatawa OWH podcast last night on the rower. Sam gave big props to Hughes for having the DL playing at the level they are with the limited resources they currently have (little depth, no edge rusher).
  7. Major props and tip-of-hat to IA State Husker for the transcription Out of that formation, I believe we actually have a tackle eligible and cover Westy making him ineligible. WR WR OT OG C OG OT TE <-----WR RB QB
  8. 1981 I guessed Georgia with Hershel Walker won the MNC. I was wrong. Clemson actually won it (should have known that as they beat Nebraska in the Orange). As for players... ummmm... William "Refrigerator" Perry???? No clue with anyone else. eta: only other player's name that I recognize on 81 Clemson is Donald Igwebuike
  9. Banker is a good quote if nothing else
  10. Shatel: http://www.omaha.com/sports/shatel-finally-a-trophy-with-legs-nebraska-minnesota-s-broken/article_48bd2dc1-aa7e-5b47-8ca0-e8903078eabf.html
  11. I don't think he is close to getting in on offense. During the game on Saturday I noticed that he was no where close to the offensive coaches and other RBs/WRs/TEs while we had the ball.
  12. They do have speed coaching. In fact, all of cross country training and track training is to coach runners to get faster. I had a cousin who played for the Huskers in the '80s and he said that both he and Mitch Krenk worked on lengthening their stride and improving their running motion to get faster. I could go to all the speed coaches in the world, but none of them are going to get me a 4.6 forty or a 10.5 hundred.
  13. Pretty sure Urban has credited TO with some of his shotgun spread ideas.
  14. I would guess we are counting him as all but gone.
  15. We need "good Tommy" to show up again. No turnovers in our half of the field is a must. We need to make them go the length of the field to score.
  16. One of the screens in the MN game could have gone a long, long, way but Kondolo totally wiffed on his block.
  17. http://www.bigten.org/sports/m-footbl/archive/081011aaa.html There is the tiebreaker. NU is in trouble with the division record, since it already has 2 losses in the West division. Need Iowa to lose to MN and NU. Need Wisky to lose to MN. We are all 6-2, with 2 losses in the West. Then we would need MN to finish higher in the West than Illinois. Again, cart is way, way, way, before the horse, but there is the blueprint.
  18. Surprised he's not rated at least something yet. His Hudl film shows him playing OLB in a 3-4 system.
  19. Putting the cart way, way, way, before the horse, but I'm curious how a 3 way tiebreaker at 6-2 between NU, Wisky, and Iowa would work out? Nebraska > Iowa Iowa > Wisconsin Wisconsin > Nebraska
  20. Looking at NW's QB (Thorson), we should have a chance as he seems to be worse than Liedner/Stave. He's topped 200 yards once (256 against Ball St). Every other game is between 70 and 150 yards. He is only completing 53% of his passes and has 5.4 ypa. The do have a good RB in Jackson who is averaging just shy of 100 yards/game. If we can keep him in check, I feel pretty confident in making Thorson beat us.
  21. http://m.journalstar.com/sports/huskers/life-in-the-red/article_26214df6-756d-11e5-81ac-d3c603549676.html?mobile_touch=true Maybe I'm wrong, but wasn't the bolded also the premise for Bo's D?
  22. I don't think that UNO was counted for the same reason that UNK or UNMC is counted. They are all separate "schools" within the University of Nebraska system. Most of the large state schools include the Medical School within their flagship university. We break it out separately, thus the AAU doesn't count it when looking at UNL only.
