Media in general has become desperate for any attention. Competition is high and there is a lack of much fresh in the sports world. It's natural for writers to try to spur clicks from fan bases with a large following, even if that means making said fan base mad. Half of us can't pass a negative Nebraska article by- we have to read it just so we can disagree with it. I personally could care less what Forde or Howard thinks or writes. Our path out of the crosshairs in on the field- win to shut them up.

Moos is on the committee but that doesn't mean he gets to decide.

We have had a tougher schedule in the west than our rivals. Kudos to moos for making it public. We will get some "Nebraska is being a baby" articles but it has made the sports world in general aware. I'm guessing he knew it wouldn't help this year but may in future schedule negotiations. All of that said, the fan in me says bring it on!

Northwestern. I don't think they will be anywhere close to the level of play we see in the first 2 weeks. They don't even want to play this year... I see us rolling by 3 scores+.

I would feel good about 5 wins for Nebraska as well. The head scratcher to me is Indiana with 5.5. Their crossovers are Wisconsin and Purdue. Then they play the east.

I hope the whole list is quarantined when we play each team. That said, I don't mind watching the Ohio State guys beat up on the likes of Michigan and Penn State.

When I have been recently, you are supposed to wear a mask to walk in but can take it off once at your table. I haven't seen any crowd situations so not sure how those will be handled. Just plan a peaceful protest if you don't like the rules and you can have how ever many you want.

From a non-white guy with a half black son- There are serious issues in our country right now that I believe in strongly. I don't use my place of employment to try to impact those issues. I do however think the way they did it Thursday was tasteful and better than disgracing our veterans like some have done in the past.

They sure aren't making many friends through this process. I also believe this will really hurt their recruiting for years to come as well. Who wants to go play football at a university that has anti-football leadership?

Imo, Michigan's current stance is the only thing keeping the BIG from moving forward. If Ohio State and Michigan were united, the rest of the conference would go along or be left behind. A few other schools have major pull but not like those two.

In this day and age, how long would it really take to get the players back to campus? Even if it took a month they could be ready to play by Nov 1st...smh
