Maybe when Lucky is gone. Or when they are both seniors, they will be like White and Bush for USC. But I hope something like that happens this upcoming year. I think you will start to see the talent all over the place on this years team. We can crack the top 10 this upcoming season and I believe we will.

But in all seriousness I said if Culbert beefs up he could play linebacker. He is at about 200 now right? You could get him up to 225 at least by fall practice. We need some more dept at the linebacker position as well. But you are right that we need help in the secondary too. I am just throwing out ideas.

I think Assante will start at saftey because on Big Red Wrapup last night he said he mainly came to Nebraska because Clemson wanted him to play linebacker, and he thinks his future is at the saftey position. And about the Mckeon playing outside linebacker. Is he even fast enough to be an outside linebacker? Dillard is faster than he is isn't he? And that rumor about Steve getting mad about the coaches wanting to move him, I think they will move Ruud instead. And Culbert will beef up and play even more linebacker than just the Missouri game. WLB: Octavian, Brandenburg MLB: McKeon, Culbert SLB: Ruud/Dillard I think Ruud and Dillard will share time but Culbert and Dillard could switch spots. True, if you can't hardly make a 45 yard field goal that is pathetic for a college kicker. I know someone that kicked a 45 yard field goal and he is terribly inconsistant. But the fact is that he can still kick further than him.

I don't think he is going to Oklahoma to play football. I think he is just going back to where his family is and giving up football.

Now is the time to get a young offensive genious. But since Callahan basically runs the offense himself, I could see him bring in a great recruiter that he can just run the plays by. Who, I have no idea. We will find someone good, we always seem too.

I have seen projections for him to go to the Bengals. I am not a Bengals fan I am just saying that it would not be so bad, they have Kyle Larson as there starting punter. But I would love to see him go to the Packers in the first round, now that would be sweet.

I have no idea about this kid anymore. From everything I have heard we are leading and he considers us better than LSU. But it doesn't mean he likes us more than Clemson, Florida, or West Virginia all schools that he is going to or has visited(not really sure who). Being the optimist that I am I think we are going to get him on signing day. And another note, he is now listed on the rivals top 250 which would make him a 4*. I don't know... You could be right but, I think it has to deal more with that we have so much talent at the running back position we have to keep everyone happy, not that none of them can get er done. And because of that none of them could be keyed upon because we could just pick one and the drop of would not be very noticable. And you are right that each of them have there weeknesses but they are all fixable, at least I think so. And I doubt that Lucky doesn't have the drive to block, or the want to block for his QB. I bet that is why Callahan and co. were so excited when they got him to be a Cornhusker or even the reason they wanted him in the first place. You are right that all of our backs are just good not excellent(not this year anyways), because the last time I checked we have no AD in our backfield which would be classified as an excellent back right? Just wondering.... But I think they will be even better next year but that is just my opinion.

I agree but I really do think Wilson and Lucky will get about the same amount of reps next year. Its Wilsons senior year and if he can run like he does when hes mad he will have a great year. Your guess is as good as mine. And I tend to agree with you, the carries will probably be closer because we have to spread the wealth.
