Lee is my guy I will say that.. But I would love to see Green on the field kinda like a Pryor role. Unless Lee just comes out and throws 10 ints in 2 games then leave it be.. Green playing a little bit can only help uf in my opinion.. But I am nobody..

Dude the number 3 is the NUMBER 3 for a reason.. If your number 1 goes doen 2 is up next... Unless you are trying to throw the season under the bus.... Atleast our #2 played QB last year..

You're right Niles did real well back there as a freshman, I think he set a record........most muffed punts and fumbles by a punt returner in NU history. That is week attempt to down play starting or playing True Frosh.. Hell if True Frosh shoulddnt play then they should do away with the all freshman team right..

I hate to tell you but having a True Fresman returning punts isnt any worse then have 6 different guys return punt in a game.. If he is back there it MUST mean he can handle it and is a playmaker... I wish some people would quit fearing the words TRUEFRESMAN... We are the only team in the country that fears it.. But then again most of the ones that dont have won National Titles !!!!!

Well the way they rotate Wr's it will be hard for any of them to have that kind of Breakout year.. They will all help but no big numbers like Swift had...

Sorry, but on what are you basing this assumption? Washington played QB in high school and switched to defense in college, so he is still familiar with what it takes to be a quarterback. As of right now, he's the third best guy we have on the team at the quarterback position. Now see this is what I dont understand what some of you guys think about? Every one is on here saying that Green cant be any good at QB this year because he is a freshman coming straight from High school... But yet in the same breath you say LTW can be since he played QB in HS even though he hasnt taken a snap since HS... And he must not have been that good if they moved him to LB from QB? Ill take my chances with Green anyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone that goes into the season wanting LTW as their number 2 is crazy..... He will be better off a RB then QB....

I am going to leave it at this.. I have seen Green play.. He is amazing... I want to see him on the field asap but if he doesnt its ok... BUT I WANT TO SEE NEXT YEAR ALL OF YOU GUYS THAT ARE SAYING REDSHIRT,REDSHIRT.. Funny thing about Harrison Beck to me is that I still think the kid has tremendous ability and that his downfall is between his ears. He's just plain immature and a problem child for coaches. Ability to gain weight lol...

None of the Qb's we have now have a 1/3rd of the athletic ability Cody Green has... I dont think he will start the first few games but he will be second string.... I would love to see Witt,Lee, or Spano stand flat footed with one of those ankles or what ever it was hurt and throw the ball across the field into the stands... Now I am not saying that makes him a star but it does say he has a damn gun!!!!!!
