Help Me Understand why NU is a 7 point favorite

isn't it about getting equal money on both sides??? not about respect or whatever -
Nebraska & Coach Frost under NCAA investigation
internetman replied to suh_fan93's topic in Husker Football
Some people act like nothing has changed..... You can literally get a ticket 10 mins before the game for $10. Could you do that in the 80's, 90's or 00's? This is an honest question. I was not here then -

Agree. On the wrong discussion thread. It came from me seeing and reading Matt Campbell. The dude says and does the right thing every single time. and I see Frost at big10 media days. Looks like he’s seen a ghost, doesn’t know his teams vax status?! WTF are they doing the last year and a half?? it’s just disappointing. -

Literally no one is bringing politics into this conversation . If you think vac status of a football team is political. That’s on you -
Where We Veer into COVID Discussion

So is this what Nebraska expects from the head coach now? “He’s just paid to be a football coach”? No moral responsibility to take kids and turn them into good citizens and family men? when did we decide this was a better route? Was it to win games? Guess we are still waiting on that part. are we playing a coach to relive his college days in some downtown apt? If a man can’t lead his family and keep his personal life in good order, can we expect him to be able to lead and help 100 men on a football team? Frost not knowing the bad status of his team after all we’ve been through this last 1.5 years is sickening. you can see the lack of a leader in every aspect of this program and it’s sad. -

“God” and Daily caller is all I had to know. im talking football and the rules are the rules. I don’t want to hear any crying from fans if they have to forfeit a game this fall. Look at the SEC you think Alabama is making up bs excuses? No. Because they actually want to win a title. -
Didn’t Frost say “hes responsible for a lot of the success we’ve had around here” or something like that. That’s probably why people are ok with his leaving?

I agree with you.... but this is the program that tried to get out of the OU game..... scrapped a home and home with WSU.... they don't want to play P5 teams it seems.... here are the non-con coming in the years: Fordham, Buffalo, OU, North Dakota, GSU, colorado, La Tech, NIU, UTEP, Akron, Cin, ULM -
So NU SHould Have Went Back to the Big 12?
internetman replied to Nebraska55fan's topic in Husker Football
it is funny to think about the losing conference record teams pumping their chests about having $45 million/year from the SEC or BIG10 illinois, neb, rutgers, Vanderbilt, etc while just getting buried every year -
So NU SHould Have Went Back to the Big 12?
internetman replied to Nebraska55fan's topic in Husker Football
nope. as soon as a school is linked to another conference they are "disinterested parties" and no longer have a vote. saying the remaining schools shouldn't litigate for their contractual monies is lol -
yeah, these weren't corpo places like amigos. one was a mexican place. stood at the counter waiting to get seated for 10 mins. NOT A PERSON. other was a bbq place that took forever to get served. 10$/hour plus tips. i dont blame people for not wanting to work in the service industry. and I can make food at home. save some cash

"art everywhere" lol -
I'm not sure we quite understand the texas move at this point. they lose all their power, the money can not be more than in the big12 or even as an independent. its still a big "????"
-
again. you think he is making these calls? all by himself. just kevin warren. lol

the rumor is that pac12 members declined the big10 advances. it doesn't surprise me. I'm sure west coasters don't want to be told how to high to jump by michigan and ohio state. i dont blame them.
