  1. I gave a game by game analysis. What games other than Indiana did our offense outplay our defense?
  2. Touchey, If we had anything close to a solid offense this year , we are bowl eligible.
  3. Do you read? Half our points given up are from turnovers from our offense. The USA game is but one example. -Yes we scored 35 points. Our offense only scored 14 of those. Our defense also scored 14 of those. -Yes we gave up 21. Our OFFENSE gave up 14 of those points bud. Same thing with most of our games. Half the points we give up are a result of turnovers from our OFFENSE. Look again at the 8 games, I count 7 games our defense was better than our offense. Indiana the ONLY game our offense played better.
  4. Not sure why you think our offense has been so much better this year? Was it the 14 points they scored against S. Alabama? Or the 14 points they scored FOR S. Alabama?? Was it the 31 points we scored against that Colorado defense that gives up 35 per game? Cause we also turned it over 3 times, making our defense defend 3 extra possessions. Not to mention our Defense held them to a field goal in O.T., and our Offense couldnt even gain positive yardage for our kicker. You must be thinking of the Northern Illinois game where we scored 44 points. The same game where our defense didnt give up a touchdown all game. Maybe the Illinois game where we put up 42 points? Our offense also put up 21 points for illinois, as they scored 3 touchdowns off of our 5 turnovers, and 7 of our points were scored off of a created turnover by our defense. For a net Offense of +14 points. Ohio state? Our offense scored 7 points, and gave Ohio State 17 points off of 3 interceptions. Resulting in a -10 point net offense. Northwestern? We did put up 13 points. Minnesota? We scored 7 points... Indiana is the first game our defense lost us the game. And even in this game with a final score of 31-38, they scored 14 points off of our offense' turnovers. And we scored 7 off of a turnover. For a net +10 points from our offense. But i agree our defense played bad. But if were gonna talk about firing coaches, Chinander shouldnt be top of that list. Our offense has been even worse.
  5. Our offense has been a s#!tshow all year. The defense joined them today. If you were talking about todays game i would agree with you. But your topic is about Chinander, and every single coach on the offensive side of the ball has performed worse than Chin. So, look at the season as a whole, before u decide you want to fire him before any others Swedishfish!
  6. Not sure why we went away from Mills. The kid is playing good football, and he can take a beating. Frost is not coaching well imo, but he is our best and last chance.
  7. Lay off the Marijuana. 2nd best offense in the Big? My a$$
  8. This offense makes Riley n co. look like Pete Carroll
  9. Clearly your related to Ausin or Frost. What your not seeing is that our offense has been worse than our defense all year. So IF your gonna call for Chinanders head, u better be calling for heads on the offensive side of the ball.
  10. I just find it idiotic that your calling for Chinander, when our offense has been our weakest side all year. We did play bad defensively today, but we have played bad offensively ALL YEAR dumbinotra!
  11. Thats my point dumbass If your gonna blame Chinander, u better blame Frost for the offense also
  12. Look, our Defense did lose us this one. But this is the first game our OFFENSE didnt lose us. Who is in charge of the Offense? If your gonna call for Chinander, then u best call for Frost, whos offense lost us more. Dont be an idiot from sweden
  13. This is true, and we need to stick by Frost for atleast 5 more years. But so far him and his staff have not done a great job. They are a young staff, and are learning things as they go. But we have been outcoached more often than not, the players dont seem to be developing very well, and our skill guys are getting killed.... Wandale, Martinez, Vedral, Spielman, Washington are all hurt to some degree, and its not just bad luck. All season these guys have looked like they are about to get hurt. You could almost see it coming. Part of that is on coaching.
  14. This fire Chinander stuff is bulls#!t. The defense had a bad game, but more often than not has carried our team. How can the same people wanting Chinander gone, not want our Offensive Coordinator gone? Or our O line coach? Or our receivers coach? Our offense is what has been pathetic, not our defense.
  15. Im not sure we win this game if Vedral wasnt QB at the end. Go ahead n piss on me, but u damn well know thats probably true. I hope AM and Spielman are ok.
  16. Even on the screen passes, Martinez passes kill our ability to run after the pass
  17. AM is annoying me still. A QB needs to read the field...he cost us a first down, for the 20th time this year
  18. I agree its dissapointing , but Gameday never should have been here. We all knew there was a 50/50 chance of this happening. We have looked sloppy all year, and an elite team will do this to an average team with terrible QB play. Was hoping AM would find himself, but knowing that if he was like he has been all year, wede get embarrassed.
  19. What i know is that AM has been playing terribly, especially last night, and that if Vedral or McCaffery are even decent (as everyone says they are) they would be better than Martinez has been. What has Martinez done well? Running: He misreads the read option as often as he reads it correctly, which anyone can do flipping a coin. He isnt all that quick. He fumbles fairly often. Passing: He stares down ONE receiver the whole time (making him miss anyone else who might get open, if he finally sees them its too late). Also allowing the defense to read where he is going and cover it better, or pick it off. On the offchance he does see someone that is open, he is not very accurate. Even on simple 5-10 yard dump passes he often overthrows, or throws at their feet, or doesnt put the proper touch on the ball. Moreso than any quarterback we have had...and we have had many sub-par passers. His effect on the rest of the team: A quarterbacks demeaner is contagious to your offense. His indecisiveness, and many missed throws and bad reads both on read options, and on passes, makes the rest of our offense indecisive, and lacking confidence that he will see them if they get open, or that they might get hung out to dry like Spielman did against Illinois all game. His bad reads make our entire offense look worse than we are, and it is killing their confidence. Because of his turnovers, and general lack of first downs, our defense is gassed and cant play as intensely, and starts to lose faith when we are down, that our offense can help us comeback. And also presses to do too much and takes risks that lead to big plays. Please tell me what AM does well this year. Anything? Anyone? As far as our coaches going with him, this doesnt mean he is better than our other qb's. Maybe he is better in practice. Maybe the coaches keep playing him cause they keep thinking he will play better. Maybe they play him cause he has the highest ceiling. Whatever it is, if Vedral or McCaffery would be worse in games than Martinez has been this year, than our backups are very weak QBs. Look, AM seems like a great guy, and i root for him. I really want him to be the guy. But we are now almost halfway through our season and he has been fairly poor in every game, and downright awful half of the time. I am sure our coaches believe he will get much better, but up to this point its hard to believe he is the best weve got, even if our backups are only decent. Its not even arguable.
  20. Your missing the point im making. Of course it isnt ENTIRELY AMs fault, but it is primarily. And yes, both Vedral, and Luke would be better than AM has been. I cant imagine many who would be worse.
  21. Receivers are getting open occasionally, but AM doesnt see them cause he looks down his pre conceived option the whole play. Plus there were plenty of times they were open, and AM simply missed them. But again, blame anyone , and everyone other than our QB, because he is Frosts guy right? Are you going to blame the 3 picks on the receivers? How bout all the open 5-10 yard passes AM missed? You blame the receivers? The O line? How about Martines. This is getting beyond rediculous the amout of people our fan base blames to cover for s#!tty QB play.
  22. Look, even if Adrian played well, we more than likely lose that game. But the far and away main reason we got blown out was on Adrian. I know us Husker fans trust in Frost, and because Frost trusts in Adrian, the majority of us wont put this on him. But if we had a decent QB lastnight, we don't get blown out. Adrian again missed reads, when a man WAS open he missed him, even on simple 5 yard dump passes he missed or forced the receiver to adjust and mess up his running ability post catch. He threw 3 picks, and 2 completions. I mean COME ON! He was terrible passing the ball..and he doesnt run as good as Taylor Martinez. This is a WORSE version of Taylor Martinez right now. Anyone who disagrees is drunk on coolaid. Idk whats going on with him, but fact is he is terrible right now. Put in Luke or Noah. For those that have been blaming our defense stfu and realize they were on the field all game. If our offense gives them a little rest i bet our defense looks way different. And our o-line isnt great but stop blaming the o-line for Adrians terrible passes and decisions. Im sick of everyone blaming them for our QB. The difference between us and UCF under Frost is UCF had a good qb, we dont. You cant blame talent when we have more talent than UCF, you cant blame our o-line, when we have at least as good of an o line as UCF, you cant blame defense when we have a better defense than UCF, whats left? Its our QB obviously. Please stop excusing this fact.
  23. Seriously. How can a quarterback get that much worse? What is Verduzcos track record?
