Yeah, Saban stealing Indianas strength and conditioning just proves how much of a finger on the pulse Saban really has. I remember reading about it when it first happened and I am still blown away that he took Indiana of all programs strength and conditioning you would have to believe that he could have the pick of the litter save for Clemson Ohio State. I personally like Deval. But I am an old school lift heavy eat protein repeat kind of guy. With the one caveat to that being I would emphasize stretching muscles and tendons as much as possible in order to prevent injury a huge emphasis on recovery. Stressing rest proper nutrition and stretching would be my approach to the new wave. water got to have lots and lots of water. Maybe throw in a little chicken chasin

So incredibly frustrated to watch we play great defense and then can't do anything with it on offense we've left so many points off the board it's not even funny we should be up by 15 or 20.

I know one of the only strengths that we can point to is that our guys are not getting pushed around so much. I see our D-line getting consistently better every year and the O-line is so young right now that it is hard to get a water mark on them, however when they turn JR and SR I think we will have one of the best O-LINES in the country.

I think people would be foolish to think that we haven't improved under Frost. The fact of the matter is when Frost got here we were glorified high School football team, the rebuild after Mike Riley was a huge undertaking I don't care who was the coach. I definitely think we're headed in the right direction it's just not showing up in the win column, I think we will fall short of my ten and two expectation but I think we could definitely get to seven or eight wins and a bowl game if that turns into nine win season. That can go a long way however. we are going to need to replace Martinez at some point and I think we have to have a better quarterback than the ones we have in order to keep progressing the way we need to in order to sustain success. A high caliber quarterback is a must.

IMO, 2 loses are acceptable OU,OSU By now we should be able to beat Wisconsin and Iowa. And everyone else for that matter. My expectation is 10-2

Maybe it is just me but I don't see what all the uproar is over AD other then his star ranking and he is a local guy. I just wonder how good he really is. I have no doubt that he is a good athlete and probably one of the best in the state at the high school level. But I have to believe that most of it is because he is a big fish in a small pond. I don't think that the level of competition that he is facing is that great, so he stands out in a state that has very little high school talent. I question if we would even hear this guys name if he lived in Georgia and played against their level of talent. Not being a hater its just that it is painfully obvious that he does not want to play for Nebraska so I wish him the best and look forward to the players who want to be here. I do not think that it is that big of a loss if we don't get him.

Yeah I kinda am disappointed in Luke as well. I mean Nebraska gave him a shot a QB and he had some good moments, he also had some bad moments that I think he could have worked through. Anyway best of luck yadda yadda yadda. I am excited to see what Smothers can do.

See I think Nebraska can make a really big impression this year on defense we have improved every year under Chins. I think we do have a really good defensive coaching staff, I am not saying that we will land this prospect at all however I think Nebraska will be able to go after bigger targets higher profile players and land a few. if the offense catches up with the defense this year and we win a couple games that will go a long way with prospects because I think they like the coaching staff it's just we're not winning for whatever reason. And once we remedy losing to teams that we really shouldn't be losing to I think you'll see us start to land big profile players. The fact that Ohio State and Nebraska teams on two opposite ends of the winning spectrum are in his top 11 says a lot about the program and the staff.

We need Stepp to start working on this dude asap.
