From the sounds of it, Lee and Witt are neck and neck atm. Obviously Witt is a little ahead or we would have seen Lee today. I think Zack Lee is a WAY better athlete than witt. He is a much better runner and dam fast. I hope it is Lee but if we win..... I don't care.

Maybe have Suh lead the way??? That would be a great goal line explosion. I have always talked about Q's speed, even durring his recruitment. Today was the first time I was able to say "see I told you he had wheels". I loved it.

Defense: Stieny without question. He tore up the o line big time. Infact Clemson had to quit double teaming Suh because he was hell on wheels. That is a huge part of Suh's success today. Offense: Castille! We had NO backs that could really play and our O line was manhandled. Castille was the only answer. We needed a big, smash face (wich he most defenitely did a few times) power running Back. He speed certianly didn't hurt either. And no fumbles. NICE! GBR

I don't know about the dumest but it does rank up there with the 2 toothed hillbillies that have a family tree that resembles a fishing pole. You do not START a guy that has little to NO experience in the biggest game of the year period.

First year coach.... An AD that is and will help him with any area of inexperience... Respect for the program and TO.. Greatfull he was given the oportunity... Also 2M is HUGE in Nebraska. The cost of living is much less than most areas. He is paid well for his position at this point. I think TO is a upstanding and fair person. If Bo earns it he will get it. Cost of living really is a huge factor though.

Anyone know how much elegibility he has left?

The way our offense has been spreading the ball around, I don't think 2-3 RB's should be too worried about PT as long as they work hard for it. It would be very nice to have a couple 1000 yard backs again.

Any one know anything about his grades? I think we will be loosing a few because of acidemic problems. I really hope he doesn't have issues with this. He looks like a beast. This could be a very mutually beneficial situation if he does sign with NU.

I am sooo happy about this committment. And I can't say it enough times. Not only because he will help us out big time. Also becuase with his attitude and work ethic, he will really benefit from being at NU as well as develope into a good leader later in his career. He will love playing for the Big Red. NU is all about the same things he is. It sounds like he has the "walk-on attitude" and that is hard to find in a scholy athlete. Good Choice Rex! WELCOME to NU!

This kid is a awesome LB. Loosing him really hurts.

Word. There is sooo much more excitement , passion, pride, and loyalty in college football. The rivalries are WAAAAYYYY better...the NFL is just too business like. College football>NFL..enough said. I couldn't agree more.

Ive been looking for the game to be replayed because we had to have had a few shots with the noise we made.

I was one of about 50-60 NU fans that all sat together in the visiting section. Seemed to be more then their student sec. 32 of us road limo's to the game from Portland to Corvallis and back. (about an hr and 20 min one way) We made serious noise. Infact we irritated more than a few fans. Most of the game the OSU fans were very quiet and seem to be on sleeping pills or something. I don't remember even hearing them until the last min and a half. The team turned and recongnized us a few times at one point even Doc did. We made our pressents heard. (respectully of course) It was a great game as far as toughness and competion. It was painfully obvious that we had NO big men. Our D was solid but had to rely on the outside shooting wich ended up to be about 40%. Three point % was horrific. Until we can get a couple big bodies this will have to be the deal. I think we were very causious to even drive the lane and at times it was non existent period. But it was a close game the entire game. I couldn't even tell you how many lead changes there was. It was exciting and I tip my hat to OSU. They played composed and tough. Once they put in the big tall players we were kind of doomed. We did not give up by any means though. It did come down to the last 1.1 sec of the game and we had that shot that bounced off the rim. Obviously off the mark. If it would have dropped we would have won. Even with a few very questionable calls that really hurt us in the last two min or so. Over all... pretty good game and our crowed was very respectfull and I was proud of the Husker fans once again. We all had a hell of a good time even with the loss.

Maybe not another team, but do you remember this? Looked bad for us, but was probably one of our better hits of that game! I didn't ever see that incident or hear about it, I musta been outta loop for that game. Well, it was a Mizzou fan so no problem there. Guy probably mouthed off is my bet, but again, I wouldn't have minded if it was our guy taking the initiative! Seems like some of the OU games gotta little testy back in the 70's but I don't remember any fights. Sooners win the most obnoxious fight song award for the Big 12, maybe the whole country. Not even close. That's enough to make a guy throw some random punches right there. The kid that was knocked out ran at the NU linbacker with his fists up and he was very drunk. This all came up because the NU player was brought up on charges for this. And probably should have been. Then again what kind of absolute moron runs at a college lvl athlete. Let alone a football player... with his gear on??? what an idiot. I remember this happining because that was the first time I heard officails talk about the law and the rules on the field after the games. You can actually be charged with criminal tresspassing if you rush the field after a game. It is illegal. Who knew......

A reporter said today that he thinks we have aprox 4 more spots for this class?

When Bo was interviewed about any of his staff having interviews for other coaching jobs his comment was that they are all good coaches and he would support anything that would better them. When asked what he thought about Watson being considered for a head coaching job, he said Watson deserves it and that his is a very good coach doing a very good job. His next statement was that it would be a top priority to keep him.

If he wanted to be a Husker than that would have been great. If he doesn't even understand what it means.... cyaby.

Well with Calaclown burning all the redshirts he did, that will help in the near future. (only upside I can think of with that shaddy clan) Also, I'm not real concerned with this class. I think we have gotten commits from good quality players. Some of these kids look to have more raw ability than some of the kids that played this year. And this is not a knock on ANY of the current Huskers. But when I think of what Bo and company was able to do with a defense and some players that went through last year, the new talent + the coaching will work itself out. We have real potential comming in. Bo will get it done.

I'd take Green..... for sure. I wouldn't want to jepardize Green's commit. I'm not saying it would and it is always risky to bet the bank on one kid. In the same token I would take Green first and foremost.

Is there a Suh Highlight video anywhere or can someone put one together? He was picked All Big 12 2nd team????? First team was from OK and had one more sack but 43 (yes no typo 43) less tackles. I dono what to think of that>>>> Anyway we will be having a party at the bowl game and it would be awesome to have a highlight vid to show. Especially since his mom watches the games with us. After hearing that, I would recruit hard to fill that spot. Its here or its there period. Recruiting is a tough game. You can't wait till late January or even the first day of Feb to know if you have your guy.
