So frost is actually calling good plays but Martinez is missing the open guy?

Yep. That's all I needed to see. D is gassed. Offense has no answer for the stunts and delayed blitzes while dropping extra into coverage. I have zero confidence right now. All 3 of those plays were terrible. No answer on offense. Big special teams or d turnovers are the only hope.

Doesn't look good. D on the field too much. I'm pointing at frost and the offense if this ends in a loss.

The only thing worse than a putrid offensively challenged bowl game like last night's TCU cal game is a putrid defensively inept one. Why did that Baylor safety stand there and watch the ball carrier run by him? He acted like he had help to direct the guy back to him. Ugh...

Well it was also a rematch that year. That tends to take some of the excitement off.

The bottom line is what I've said from the beginning. Playoffs wouldn't make the system fair, just different. You can't fix sports to make it perfect. Too many variables changing constantly.
