  2. I thought most places weren't allowed to sell alcohol before noon
  3. Prelim card Welterweight bout: Dustin Hazelett vs. Rick Story Story by Unanimous Decision - Round 3 Light Heavyweight bout: Phil Davis vs. Rodney Wallace Davis by Unanimous Decision - Round 3 Main Card Welterweight bout: Jon Fitch vs. Thiago Alves Fitch by Unanimous Decision - Round 3 Lightweight bout: Clay Guida vs. Rafael dos Anjos dos Anjos by Submission - Round 1 Welterweight bout: Matt Hughes vs. Ricardo Almeida Almeida by Split Decision - Round 3 Heavyweight bout: Roy Nelson vs. Junior dos Santos dos Santos by TKO - Round 2 Main Event (worth double points) Middleweight Championship bout: Anderson Silva © vs. Chael Sonnen Silva by TKO - Round 3 (I hope I'm wrong and Sonnen wins though!) I made a change since Thiago Alves is having some issues cutting weight. He might be drained come fight night.
  4. Very interesting and not to sound biased but I think that Carwin could take out Nelson but Dos Santos would be a good fight. Just hope that Carwin improves his cardio though and I still haven't seen UFC 116 yet. You haven't seen it?! WTF are you waiting for?! I watched a couple replays in slow-mo, and a lot of Shane's punches miss or just barely graze Brock, but it still could've been stopped. But the Leben-Akiyama fight was epic! Bonnar fight was epic too! That whole card was awesome! And Carwin claims on his twitter it wasn't a cardio issue. Something to do with his muscles tightening up I believe. Said he could barely stand in round 2 and thats why Lesnar took him down so easily. I almost forgot about the Bonnar fight! Sick sick card all the way around. I think Carwin said he had an "adrenaline dump." Not sure if that's a real medical term or what
  5. The difference is NU had a moron schedule this, and Huskers are honoring their commitments. Snyder and his Scaredy Cats are bailing because they can't play good teams and compete. I'm sure Snyder is eyeing the university of phoenix or everest college for replacements. Just curious Skerd, are you from missouri or colorado? That's an insult to morons everywhere
  6. That Snoozi girl from the show tans so much she looks like an Oompa Loompa
  7. I'll post mine tonight, but I could easily see a sweep on the main card from the Brazilians
  8. I guess I didn't notice that. Maybe I'm just being a whiny beyotch cuz I haven't come in first yet!!
  9. I swear I was much better at this before we started keeping score!! I think I'm over-thinking it now that "it counts"
  10. Is it very good quality and virus-free? not high def but it is good quality, and yes its virus free. You, sir, may have just saved me some $$$ I read today that Sonnen says that Lance Armstrong gave himself cancer by doing steroids and what not, but then turned it around on everyone with his "poor me, let's cure cancer" ploy
  11. Is it very good quality and virus-free?
  12. You haven't seen it?! WTF are you waiting for?! I watched a couple replays in slow-mo, and a lot of Shane's punches miss or just barely graze Brock, but it still could've been stopped. But the Leben-Akiyama fight was epic! I got married on that day and it hasn't been on TV yet for me to see it. I did watch a 30 second clip on how brock won with the submission. My cousin who left my wedding early so he could make it back home to watch the PPV at a bar told me that Brock was literally running away from Carwin the whole time and that it could've been stopped early. I haven't seen it yet so I wouldn't know if he was telling the truth. He thinks that they didn't stop it right away because of all of the hype of the fight and because it was a title fight. I read the following day that the referee was a new younger kid with little experience but Dana White said the kid did good though for a huge hyped up fight. I just hope that Brock wasn't cocky at all after the win and kept it civil and if Brock did show some good sportsmanship than he'll be winning me back a little bit more. I suppose getting married is a little more important (congrats again, btw) I wouldn't say Brock was running away, but Carwin hit him a few times on the feet and Brock was backing up before they were on the ground. You'll like the post-fight interview too, it doesn't even seem like the same Brock Lesnar from last year's win over Frank Mir.
  13. thanks.... one list I could care less to be on. Misery loves company, so if we're going to be miserable, we're taking everyone with us!
  14. I felt an insulin surge just looking at that thing!
  15. And I threw in Missouri and Clemson for our friends
  16. They now have Top 10's for the Kings of Pain, and the Pawns of Pain. Guess which list we are on? http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/columns/story?columnist=schlabach_mark&id=5434477
  17. Eric, if you're in here, we're all going to Marty's after the movie.
  18. I tried telling my uncle (who lives in Texas) that as long as we win, the "top" kids will want to come play, no matter if they're from Texas, California, Florida, or BFE. He did say that their coaches are trying to sell kids on the fact that we won't have at least 1 game in Texas every year, but I guess that's just their job.

  20. And they are cancelling those games. We still have Miami, Tennessee, UCLA, Fresno State, Washington, Southern Miss, etc.
  21. They were talking about this on some of the ESPN twitter accounts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GJVxFP19Gs
  22. Which wasn't set up by any of our current administrators/staff. That was all Callahan and Pederson. Our future schedules are much different.
  23. I just read over at ESPN that the loser of Dos Santos-Nelson will fight Carwin.
