      Yeah. Another facet to this, too -- the military service is not limited to combat soldiers. This blanket statement covers *everybody*.

      I'm not sure. It seems more like the culmination of a long effort. Last month the Pentagon instituted a delay. There's a spending bill they're trying to get through, and many of the GOP congress are insisting certain provisions against LGBT care be placed in it.

       

      But with so many things, it's hard to tell.
