Until they get it done in games consistently, these new guys (including Keller) are only hopefulls. But I'm glad we got 'em.

I find it hard to believe too. The Chargers have been over achievers two of the last three years. Remember a few years ago I believe they made the playoffs with Brees. He just has dumb/bad luck in the post season. Eventually the stars will align for him. Then again, those stars never aligned with Marv Levy (Bills).

I think BJax will do really well. He blocks in the pocket. He picks up blitzes. He catches out of the backfield. He had to learn a helluva playbook. And he runs hard between the tackles. He needs to stay healthy. He is physically ready and has a good head on his shoulders. He's mature. So who cares where he gets picked. He totally impressed me this past year. SUCKS ASS THAT HE IS GONE!!! But I look foward to watching him on Sundays, and I'm not talking on special teams either. Give him a few years. The NFL is adopting two back rotation lately. It's clearly a Mav's world at this point. Two 12 game winning streaks this year (one was 13). Are you kidding me? That is NOT an easy thing to do. Dallas Mavericks: 31-8 record & 31-4 record since their 0-4 start. Close: Phoenix 28-8 The Suns are 27-3 since their 1-5 start. However, of those early five losses were to: Dallas, San Antonio, Utah, Lakers. Overall, they are 0-2 vs Dallas, 0-2 vs Utah, and 0-1 vs San Antonio. Not a spin, just a reality. The ugly: At 10-28, Philadelphia is only 7 1/2 games back of first place in the Atlantic (East) The worst: Miami 17-19 I'm still bitter about the Mavs losing to Miami last year in the championship. Up 2-0 and the NBA crowns Dwayne Wade free throws every time he touches the ball on his way to becoming the face of the NBA. Didnt help that the Mavs owner (Cuban) was way too outspoken during the series as well. Since then, Shaq has been missing, Wade has skipped a handful of games, and Riley is thining about hip surgory or something. Yah, the champs. Anyone else follow NBA? Thoughts?

Actually the penalty kept the drive alive. Brady was sacked on third down. Then Florence got flagged for the unnecesary and hilarious-what-the-hell-are-you-thinking roughing penalty.

Great stuff this past weekend!!!! Some are home planning their vacations and golf tourneys. Only a few are still at it in practice, preparing for this weekend.... NFC & AFC supremacy!!! This weekend: Represent! Saints vs Bears Patriots vs Colts The Saints came from behind to hault the Eagles winning streak. Impressive. The Bears and Seahawks battled all day, and the Bears kicked the winning FG (49 yds) after stuffing the Hawks on their first drive in OT. Very Impressive. The Colts went into Baltimore, their old backyard, and patiently knocked the Ravens out of the hunt. Two straight stellar defensive games for Indy. Very impressive The Patriots fought from behind to upset #1 seed San Diego with Brady magic. You think you can count them out, but just dont tell them that. FG wins it. Very impressive. Championship Weekend!!! Who will represent? Four teams left, two will be in the Super Bowl. I'm saying Bears vs Colts. What do you say?
