  2. This is great .............
  3. Some things are met to be ............ just seems like a good match. Gorat's Steak House in Omaha is a great place for a Good Steak.
  4. Thanks for all the posts I like the feed back because I thought it was an interesting and it made me curious about what others would have to offer. I have a good deal of respect for Locker as a QB it was the speed thing I wondered about. Thanks and as they say ..... "Thats why we play the game" GBR
  5. The Freshman in not a good sign and Prince should be able to shut down Kearse ....... Now if Kearse and not Locker were the top NFL pick it may be different but Locker will need to find a new target on Sat.
  6. Struggles he stays ....... chokes he goes. I dont think Bo will let the O go back into 100% conservitive mode like we needed to last year when we got to the tough teams, he (BO) will go nuts is the offense looks to be going down that road. It will need to be bad to pull Martinez.
  7. He's up by 152 now .......... I love the husker nation.
  8. I’m not an expert on the Washington QB’s but my thoughts are they will be shocked by Martinez speed if they think Locker is a good base line. It seemed odd that this was stated so matter of factly. Quote from article: Nebraska's Taylor Martinez, several Washington defenders said Monday, may be the fastest quarterback they've ever faced. Except, of course, for the guy they see every day, Jake Locker. Or maybe backup Keith Price, also a good runner (I read this twice as I thought they we kidding) Link http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/huskies/2012889438_uwfb14.html?syndication=rss[/url]
  9. He expresses’ confidence but at least says it will need to be proved on the field, to me this is "Bulletin Board Light"
  10. Yeah ..... the guy is a dumb a**. Too bad noise can't help their offense.
  11. I figure the edge is (wrongly) to Washignton because of the home field. If the game were in Lincoln I think you would need to look long and far to find a person pick the Huskies. They Beat USC at home last year so we seem like the big Husky home win this year. Bo does a good job getting his team ready for the road and I think the bad game last week came at good time. I don't see this Bofenese giving up a big game, and I think our offense can score enough to win. To me we have a prove great D over time and Washington has a hyped player on an offense that is average. So the question is can our yet to be defined offense beat a poor to avg. Washington D.
  12. I live only a few hours away and I think my Wife has this set-up for me as a b-day surprise, I'll have to report back.
  13. I'm in the not too worried camp. I don't see us losing a game (due to the Defense) to a run 1st team. Our D is one of the best in the country so it will simply be a huge problem for any but the top high talent offenses in the country and then it will just be a battle.
  14. On top of that, they have to deal with Gomes flying around all over the field. I'm a huge Gomes fan. The guy is a ball hawk. Unfortunately for Washington the noise will not be a factor for our D.
  15. I'm not counting out OSU against BSU. Clearly Va Tech isn't as good as we thought, and Oregon State has had a knack for the upset in the last 5 years or so.... Thanks for the optimism, I’m a big Rogers Brothers fan and I hope they beat Boise. On a different note I like going to games in Corvallis, it’s a cool town. I still save the Kool Aid for the Huskers.
