  1. This team is so undisciplined that I find it hard to believe that any of the players other than Rex actually care about winning.
  2. I'm not the tough guy. I'm not asking anyone to come fight me.
  3. Dude you went from damn near crying because someone mentioned your name in this thread to issuing an all-encompassing invitation to a real-life fight. You have some serious mood swings to deal with. I would look into meds.
  4. Talking tough on the internets. Turn off your computer and take a walk, badass.

Glad I could help you out

  6. I'm loving how this offense looks right now. D needs major help, hope they start putting it together as this game progrsses and adjustments are made
  7. I like it too, it's one of the two news sources I get my info from, since I don't have a TV. My other one is France 24, which I find to be better than al-jazeera. Give it a shot. http://www.france24.com/en/ You can find both on livestation.com
  8. Cool. But you're not a college coach, right? You don't evaluate talent for major college programs? Wonder why that is. You're so knowledgeable.
  9. Definitely. That must be why Pelini recruited him and offered a scholarship to him. Why aren't you in the coaching profession?
  10. That's usually the case. Stop being so negative, Eeyore.
  11. Damn, you're right. But still, Peat and Whitaker as bookend tackles would be pretty awesome.
  12. I would really love this, because 6'5" 300+ is in the mold for the next Suh or Crick, but just imagine for a moment bookend tackles with Whitaker and Peat plus Rodriguez at guard a couple years down the line.
  13. Holy Jesus, 6'5" 270...you know after he redshirts he'll be coming in as a RFr at 6'5" 315-320 with a ton of athleticism and agility and 4 years to work with. I like alot about this kid.
  14. Don't fly - you have to drive so you can circle his house and he can see a Nebraska license plate Too bad he's from Missouri. Actually, he's from Shawnee, Kansas but goes to a private school in MO. But yeah, principle still stands.
  15. I am ecstatic that I will never see Kinnie drop another pass as a Cornhusker. But I shudder to think of our defense without Lavonte.

  16. This. I'm more concerned about how the kids get coached once they get here rather than IF they get here. I remember a coach that won a couple MNCs with a bunch of walk-ons as starters on the team.
  17. Superman wears Rex Burkhead pajamas to bed

  18. I forgot baseball even existed about a month ago. Apparently, so did the rest of the country.

  19. I never saw the point of booing, personally. Yeah, I get upset about the team's play and grumble to myself or complain to the person beside me, but never have I felt the need to yell BOOO as loud as I can. What is the point of that? You think you can motivate the players better than the coach can? Those kids work their asses off every day of the year, overcome injuries of all kinds, and study very hard to cram as much football knowledge as well as academic knowledge into their brains so that they can try to win a game for your amusement. Give them a break and support the kids even when they're having a rough time. If you have to blow off some steam, go outside and bitch to all the smokers at halftime.
  20. I'll give to them, they held Michigan to 14 points, which is a really good accomplishment. They got gashed a few times though, so it's definitely possible, especially with our running game, to break a few open and then grind it out in the later quarters.
  21. I wasn't impressed by either team in this game. Both offenses were very sloppy and had turnover problems. Michigan's O-Line looked absolutely terrible. We should get a few sacks from crashing LBs like MSU had today. MSU's D looked ok, but nothing to warrant the attention they've been getting recently. I heard the commentators say they were one of the top defenses in the nation, right before they got burned on a slant that went for a long TD. Michigan had quite a few other big plays too. Michigan's backup QB is just as bad if not worse than OSU's. If for some reason Robinson is out, our chances should be right around 98 percent for a win.
  22. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh. I've never been to a game in Memorial and would kill for the chance to get to one. "My seats are SOOOOO far away" Waaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh
