Our LB's should be greatly improved next year. Phill Dillard, Will Compton, Sean Fisher, Blake Lawrence, LeTravis Washington, Chris Williams (depending on the severity of his knee injury). You can expect a lot of freshman who were redshirted this year to get quality PT, and not just at the LB position.

I am convinced that is the case with lucky.... not that he had a bad career here, but with an above average line I think the kid would have been a 1st round pick. Roy Helu seems to be doing just fine with the same O-line.

Nate Swift is my all-time favorite Husker, so I'm going to choose my words very carefully. Our offense, besides Roy Helu, has absolutely no playmakers that can stretch the field. Our WR's don't really scare anybody. They are great possesion guys, but they do not deserve to be in the same breath as a Dez Bryant, Mike Crabtree, Jeramy Maclin, or Desmond Briscoe. I am worried about how we are recruiting WR's. I'd like to see us recruit more dangerous WR's who can stretch the field at any given time, and stop recruiting big bodied, possesion WR's.

I agree. I've had a lot of fun this season, and it's sad that its almost over. Best thing is that we are going to get better and better from here on out!

Thank you Nate Swift. You will forever be my all-time favorite Husker. I'm from Shoreview, MN, which is just outside of St. Paul, and play WR for my high school squad, and will be attending UNL next fall. Definitely would not push for him to stay. If he wants to stay, more power to him. But I wouldn't open the pocket book for him or twist his arm either. I sort of feel the same way. Wouldn't like to see him go, but if that's where he wants to be then best of luck. I'm just worried about any negative effects, due to his position as recruiting coordinator.
