  1. Me to, after losing to Kent and turn around and beat Ball st. That is huge now they cant whine about being undeafeated.
  2. Glad they took ND side off there.
  3. There RB's have been shut down this yr. I have seen , so its not impossible. We just have to put a guy on CJ.
  4. you really think we would have NO chance against Michigan State, Ole Miss, Pitt, or Northwestern? We could beat NW but the others I think would be a stretch, lets ease into this thing and get a win, I do think FSU would be an easier game than Clemson.
  5. I would rather be favored in a bowl ,and I think we will begetting 7 against Clemson, than be playing someone we have no chance of beating, any ranked team, so we need to focus on the task at hand or we will lose this game.
  6. This is inaccurate. The ACC does not have the caliber of QBs that the Big 12 does, but Harper is one of the top two or three QBs in the league. For the first 7 or 8 games this year, his throwing was affected by a shoulder injury that now seems to have healed and surely will have healed by bowl time. Last year, Harper's numbers included 27 TDs and just 6 picks, so he can get the job done when healthy. This will be an interesting matchup. The ACC has been down for 4 or 5 years largely because of the weakness at QB. I saw one of your fans quip that FSU has been mediocre since Chris Weinke "turned 65" and graduated around 2000, and that is entirely accurate. The Rix experiment was a failure, and they've been weak at the position since then. Miami has also had QB troubles, and so has VPI since Michael Vick left 6 or 7 years ago. NC State had Philip Rivers from 2000 to 2003, followed by terrible QBs until Russell Wilson took over this year. Maryland had a kid you probably never heard of from 2000-2003, Scott McBrien, who was apparently better than most gave him credit since has been all but irreplaceable. You get the picture. At the same time the defense has been outstanding, and the ACC has been right behind the SEC in sending players to the NFL even during this down period. In contrast to the ACC, obviously, the Big 12 has quarterbacks in spades. Ganz gets overlooked by some, but there's no doubt he'd be among the best in the ACC. We will get to see how he does against a defense that may (or may not) be better than any defense in the Big 12. There has been a lot of talk about Clemson's "backfield" -- meaning Spiller, Davis, and sometimes Harper -- from your fans and ours, but when I think of Clemson's "backfield", the first thing that comes to mind is Clemson's DBs. I won't cite Clemson's pass efficiency stats, since they are compiled against a pretty poor group of QBs, but these guys are probably among the top five units in the country. Our sack numbers have improved lately but we have had trouble getting to the QB this year, making the secondary's play all the more impressive. Of course, with the departure of our defensive coordinator, things could look very different when the bowl game rolls around. In short, our strengths are, in order: (1) tailbacks, (2) DBs, both safeties and corners, (3) QB, now that he's healthy, and (4) DL, despite the disappointing sack figure. Weaknesses are (1) OL, though improving, (2) linebackers, who are young and also improving. Wher are you Clemson fans from in SC, I live in clover?
  7. I have watched every clemson game this yr. and have been to 2 and their QB sucks, the rec. and backs make up for it, sometimes. As for FSU, Clemson would be a better game and more competitive against NU and will give us problems with their speed on both sides of the ball but I still hope we blow them out or I will have to move to a remote location like Nebraska for example.
  8. I am to from the state of S.C. but a lifetime husker fan and 03ALUM has valid points, we must control Clem. teams speed and get Ganz rolling on offense, I will be at the game with my Clemson buddies and graduate of Clemson wife, I will be the red spot mixed in with orange but I am sure I wont be the only one,
  9. BIGAHUSKER, you just want better seats, I hear what you are saying, you have the right.
  10. We started getting it off 2 yrs. ago and I will take it, getting drunk today on a bottle of AHA TORO I bought back from Cancun, with friends of course, drinking alone would make me an alcoholic.
  11. I think black would be intimidating but not that we would need it against our weak non confrence sch., excluding Va . Tech, I woould love to see it against UM.
  12. we dont have the players to play as good as LSU but they will come but one thing is for sure with Bo's defense KU or CU wont put up 70 and 51 will be enough to win.
  13. Easy, football is now over for me for the next few months, Pitt. has some serious defensive issues to address in the off-season. Guess I am pulling for perfection to win it all.
  14. Funny stuff, I havent seen Fletch in a while but Blazzing Saddles has been coming on once a week for a while, sorry about getting off the Chevy movie but BS is one of the funniest movies, you cant make em like that anymore.
  15. The things swivel and you need to have control so they dont move until you want them to. Alright I can see that..how easy do they swivel? I guess I need to try them before I can completely understand Stainless steel ball bearings, they swivel very easy, I use mine on carpet and there is no problem, I skip a day between workouts, if you follow the routine it works the hell out of the whole upper body.

  17. It is alot differt than a regular pushup and believe me I was Infantry and did plenty of pushups, using these devises balance comes in to play and the turning movement gives that cut look.
  18. Has anyone tried the Perfect Pushup? I have been using them and it works the hell out of a lot of muscles./ I am 43 and in good shape but this workout plan works, alot of these kinds of things are junk but this really works.
  19. I think Trev still lives on Lake Hartwell in clemson living the good life.
