  1. Are you serious?? As I voted just now it was 20% to 19%. They also incorrectly list some of those stats.
  2. The Big 11 is a substandard conference. Nebraska joining would be bad for us and should be avoided, if for no other reason than respect/prestige.
  3. It's Franklin and Cunningham. Every game they have called they have brought up that "when Bo and Carl Pelini came here they moved that young man from WR to Defensive Back" which is blatantly wrong. Just one more reason Franklin and Cunningham should never get to call Nebraska games.
  4. Ndamukong will definitely be missed. As was mentioned here first, then on P'Zone today...he was a defensive line all to himself.
  5. Not me! I only watched for 10 seconds before I knew it was complete crap and shut it down.
  6. When did the game get over? What the hell are you talking about?!? They are handing out the Rotary Lombardi Award trophy at 9:30. they're all joking around. the lombardi trophy is what the super bowl winner receives. its a really bad joke. get it?
  7. I thought I was the only one that noticed this! Holy shiv your description of it is spot-on, too! I kept watching that and thinking to myself "my God that's exceptionally ghey."
  8. I took the OP to be more of a look into the year and their understanding of the system, ability to make plays, etc rather than a critique of 1 offensive series by Green in the most recent game we've played.
  9. This goes back to the clock issue on the tv. What clock was that ABC used in the replays, cuz if you watch the replay of the actual live action, the clock is at 0 when the ballhits the ground, then on the replay, that goofy clock they were showin, one of which i have never seen, is at one, and notice on that how the play clock is NOT running either. Call me a nutty bar or whatever, but i just believe there is more to this. Am i off my rocker, cuz i've watched over and over again too. Why would the play clock run if the game clock had less time on it to begin with?
  10. That's an awesome comment coming from the Hokies. Personally, and I've had conversations with people before about this, I like seeing our defense so physical that players on opposing teams routinely get their bells rung. As an aside: I'm watching the Clemson/GTech game on 360 right now and it just reminded me how easy a physical defense can be to have. I was also thinking about the fact that the style of offense you play usually dictates whether the defense will be physical. Man I love triple option football.
  11. I *love* Gomes. He's been an incredible player and made huge plays since the Misery game.
  12. I admit I voted that option because I thought it was hilarious and that the poll was kinda poorly done. Me, too.
  13. I love the optimism and feel the same way. I don't necessarily feel like that was the worst loss I've ever experienced. The 1993 NCG is that for me, with the loss to Arizona State in 1996 a close second.
  14. All of the pitfalls of our offense start at the top: the coordinator and even the Head Coach. Until there is massive reworking of this system we will continue to struggle because our problems start with scheme, etc.
  15. I'm glad he's getting the love. He is (just like the sign said last night) SUHpercalifragilistic!
  16. Seems pretty clear given this. I think the right call was made and all this complaining is for naught.
  17. Guys, he isn't Danny Noonan out there putting his finger on the QB after making a sack. That was actually fueled by bulletin-board material. I don't believe there was any for Suh. I'm sure the Texas boys are focused, just as we are.
  18. Definitely N Prediction: Nebraska 27, Texas 21.
