O'Hanlon was actually pretty good for an athlete. I remember his measurables for NFL scouts being pretty good.

I don't think Cassidy will start through the season. I think we'll get a better athlete to take over for him.

You do have to remember we're playing in a new defensive scheme with 3 LB's.

I think we will get much better because of the age of our offense in general. We are young at nearly every position. K. Bell is young. Enunwa is young. Our RB's behind burkhead are true freshmen. Turner is young. Our line is predominantly sophomores / freshmen. There is nothing to assume that we won't get better with more experience. I think our O-Line will even make a jump this year as the players adjust to the speed of the college game. However, I don't think we can beat Wisconsin on the road. We may have had a chance if they were being played in Lincoln... but young players on a big stage that will likely have College Game Day at night in Madison is just asking for problems / penalties.

Especially if we're playing with 3 LB's his role is to take up blockers for the LB's to make the play. The problem is as others have stated is that our DB's aren't dependable enough at this point to have the LBers cheat up on the run.

The bright side is that in 2 seasons our offense is going to be beast mode. Mostly a senior line with a senior QB, JR RBs / WR. Yikes.

I think next season we will compete for the B1G title. The following year we will win it and get a BCS bowl game but won't make a MNC run.

This would've been a great year to have Owa at end opposite Meredith.

It is time for Bell / Turner to get the majority of the throws. Kinnie needs to see the bench for a game to get over his Niles Paul sickness.

Our defense always seems to suck the first couple of plays and then turns it on when conference play hits. However, our DB's have a ton of work to do.
