I would love to see TCU or Cincy play in the ship. Especially TCU because i grew up in DFW and went to numerous horny frog games. Of course I would love a husker upset, but I would also love to see a non BSC team in the big game, because it might finally be the explanation point on the declaration for a playoff system. I used to think a playoff was too much, but especially if we find a way to beat Texas, i will officially jump on the NCAA top 10 or 25 playoff bandwagon. What I should have said was, " I don't think a lot of people across the nation would want to see it". I personally would also like to see TCU in the BSC championship game if the Huskers or Texas doesn't go, and BEAT Florida, that would be great. But I don't forsee that happening. I also am with you and would love to see a playoff. The more college football on TV the happier I am. GO BIG RED

I am in total agreeance with you on the fact that this could happen. I hope it doesn't, but you are totally right. I am calling for a Husker upset, but if that happens, who really wants to see Alabama or Florida play against TCU or Cincy in the National Championship game. Could either of them give a good performance? Sure. They could also go out there and get 50 points hung on them and shut out and embarrassed too. That is why they will try to get Texas in there and hopefully beat Alabama or Florida, and shut the SEC up.

I'm in the military and I have no problem going there. I have been to crapholes all over the world, and have seen what happens to countries that don't have a government and are lawless. Second, I didn't say it was at all like what your advocating, but give it long enough, and any country that doesn't have a government and is lawless eventually ends up in the toilet.

Maybe you should move to somalia, they don't have a government and we all see how that's working out for them. Oh yeah it isn't.

I have liked Rex ever since he arived at Nebraska and is one of my favorite players to watch. He plays so hard and never quits. That is why I think he has the potential to be one of the best running backs ever to play at Nebraska. Now I know I am going to get a lot of criticism for this and that is expected. This is just my opinion and I am looking forward to the next three years and seeing him get better and better. GBR

He'll have one thing on his resume that most of these kickers and punters won't have. He'll actually be DRAFTED by an NFL team. Most kickers/punters are picked up in Free Agency, but being a double-duty guy, someone will draft him because it opens up a roster spot. I totally agree. He will propably get drafted before most and will forget all about it. It still sucks that he doesn't get the recognition he deserves, or that I atleast think he deserves.

No kidding, I would rather see the Huskers in the Fiesta bowl.

I think if our offense showed up to play and we didn't have a bunch of turnovers, we could beat just about anybody. I hope we win tonight and get a chance to do just that in the Big 12 championship against Texas. GBR

I know it is a long way off, but I am liking our chances more and more every week. I think that if we continue to improve, stay healthy with no injuries, I think we can definitly win the north and even beat Texas in the Big 12 championship game. I am still not totally convinced that Texas is #1 in the Big 12.

As of now it says Missourri will be our last televised game until the CU game. How many of these games in between do you think will be televised. I am in the military and live in Florida and I have been out of the country all season until a few days ago. I am hoping a few more will get picked up. What do you think.

With a bye this week helping us get healthy, we beat Mizzou on the 8th. If we can stay healthy, I see no problem in beating Kansas, and the momentum and experience we have come time for OU, beat them too. It may just be the Kool Aid but I think we can win the rest and get to the Big 12 Championship and give it hell there too. GBR

I always pull for Big 12 OOC. And for anyone playing CU. I have an awful hard time pulling for them. Unless they play USC or Florida, then I would pull for them.

I realy think that if they get their Krap together and win all the way to the Big 12 Championship game, they could actually win it. Then again, they could get there and play OU and totally choke just because it's OU. I am pulling for option 1.
