Parity is here....who is better than who will change season to season now.

This would be the best thing for the University...and they need to go ahead and announce it so the recovery can begin. Maybe we can still hold on to some recruits, and we should also announce the new coaches as soon as it is possible with what is going on with their seasons where ever they are now.

Haven't seen the movie...but am going to buy it soon. My kind of movie. I hope the Huskers can turn it around without the plane crash though...lol.

I would just like to see someone get some experience to use next year. This season is pretty much history, and I hold no hope that we will even make a bowl game at this point. The way the Huskers have played the last 3 weeks, I don't see anyone that they can beat....including/especially Colorado at this point. Colorado is looking really good against Texas Tech.

I am excited for all the wrong reasons...hoping the BC seals his fate in some way...

Unfortunately, or fortunately (if you want to get rid of BC for sure) I think Texas is going to do better than the 21 points that they are favored by. This team has no heart, no leadership. Time to wrap up the season and start looking towards next year...again.

I doubt anyone sees that contract except the university, callahan, and their lawyers. I don't hold much validity in this rumor.

you would have to prove intent....he did show up at the practices...and even the games...so he would have an argument that he was putting forth effort. The amount of effort that he is to put forth is not exactly nailed down in his contract....so it would probably be hard to prove that he was being negligent in any way. My answer is as much bs as your lawsuit....lol....I should be a lawyer.

Come on guys...give the guy a break....his wife is too busy packing their crap for the big move to do laundry...besides, be can afford to just buy new clothes after the big buyout.

I travel all over the country...all I wear is Nebraska shirts. I find it amusing how many people know what is going on with the Huskers and want to talk about it. Most are sympathetic, now and then you run into an a$$hole that wants to put it in your face. I like to talk football...but I find that it seems like Oklahoma and Nebraska fans know their football the best...then maybe Arkansas fans for some odd reason. I will always wear by Husker shirts....plan to be buried in one. If your a husker fan, you have to claim to be one in the bad times as well as when we are winning championships.

I just wanted to show that this is NOTHING NEW. I live in Wisconsin, plagued by Badger fans. They were laughing when Cosgrove left and made comments like "we will help him pack, and give him a gas card with enough on it to get him across the border." They were very happy when he left. I wanted to show it was strictly a "buddy" hire. Some on this board have said "He has been a DC for 15 years, he hasn't suddenly forgot how to coach." That's what prompted the research. want him back?

The last few months wasn't even Pederson....he had hired a consultant that pretty much was running things, and Pederson was going along with anything he said to do. This whole thing has become a joke...can't wait to read the book when it comes out telling all. Think people are mad now....just wait...lol...

All this is just more evidence that BC didn't come here to continue with the tradition of Nebraska Football. He wanted to make a name for himself while cashing in...had nothing to do with the tradition that we have. He is nothing but a carpet bagger, plain and simple. I personally hope he never works again in Football, college or NFL. He is nothing but a loser, and is not dedicated to nobody but himself and his pocketbook.

If it is another blowout...he may resign to save what is left of his fast fading career. Or another possibility would be that boosters buy him out...but I kind of doubt that one, or it would have been done already.

Can you blame them...I don't imagine BC has any more wisdom for the players than he does the press. It has to be hard to hear the same sh*t week after week for the players. I have a feeling it is going to be really bad this week at Texas, unless the defense can come up with one out of their arse to motivate this team. The offense can't do it by themselves...but then they will have to play good football too and limit the turnovers and get some first downs, won't they?

The line in Vegas on the Texas game is 21 points...with Texas favored of course...I think they are a little low...lol!!
