Ya it seems like ages the last time we've seen a QB sack

This is my opinion about that. I think that we have a very legit shot at beating Mizzou this season. The number one absolute reason is that we have you at home. Secondly the Blaine Gabbert decommit stung. People will say that it didnt but it did. We know that if we are going to have a game to prove a point in ... its that game. Vt is important too but Im talking about a conference and division foe and defending division champ. One thing I can tell you is that win or lose, we will bring it all... 4 quarters. I agree with you HSKRNOKC 110%. I'm more worried about Texas Tech more than Mizzo is because A) It's in Lubbock B) They have like 10-11 returning starters on Offense C)Their QB is a stud (Better than Daniels IMO) and D) They have a passing attack Offense compared to our mediocre DB's. I'm sorry but everytime Kansas and Mizzo come into Lincoln they choke like OU does every Fiesta Bowl they've been in. I think that we can actually beat both Kansas and Mizzo in Lincoln this year. I won't be too surprise with all of this Heisman Hype that Daniels is getting that he'll pull off a Brady Quinn and Drew Tate when they were Seniors.......you know have a breakout year their Junior year and choke on their Senior year.

Ya I heard that yesterday. I can guarantee that it's not going to be 100% close to what Pelini did with that LSU Defense. And lets say we play LSU in a bowl game this year, Pelini will eat up their defense because well, they're still using his defense

I'm actually looking forward to seeing our Beloved Huskers just go balls deep into our first three oponents to prove to Husker Nation that "We are here to prove a point!" Come Aug 30th and our boys play half a$$ the first three games, then I'm sure the fans will think that we'll play like that all season. Now if we come out playing with fire coming out of our a$$es and we're sending players to the Hospital, than I'm sure that's what we'll expect coming from our boys this whole season and thats the way it should be.

Ya but what will happen to Kody Spano once Cody Green comes to Lincoln? Now that's the question we should be asking ourselves

I was just at a referee clinic for a rules meeting and after talking to a few other guys, it sounds like Nebraska pretty much has no interest for Brandon coming to Lincoln next year as running back I believe. Whether it's true or not take it for what it's worth. Heelan just got moved to Class B I believe or a lower Class A rank. They are expected to be back at State this year and if they don't win State than there is something really wrong with Heelan from what I've heard. Come October 24th I'll be ref'ing Heelan at home so I'll give you guys the scope on this kid and hopefully I'll learn more info on this guy.
