absolutely Zach Bowman....he went from leading the team to tackles to not playing due to injuries....i hope he fully recovered and has a shot at an nfl roster....

i hope we are all suprised by the level of intensity on the field...i feel like our players are under appreciated based on last years performance....i dont put all of the blame on the coaching staff, but being motivated to play hard seems to be something all of this years players will have compared to last when the huskers seemed emotionless in most games....there is enough talent on this years team to win...

for the record...i agree that Mizzou is the team to beat in the North....

i respect your predictions...but dont hold onto a short term memory...overlooking this years Husker team is a mistake....recruiting classes have been good, and with the new staff in Lincoln the Huskers should be able to develop some under-rated players into big time suprises (like Kansas has done recently)... Kansas has done a hell of a job finding hidden talent and developing it....hats off to last season....but dont scratch off any records just yet.... ...getting our asses kicked last year in Lawrence is still fresh on our mind....

You can always stay in Omaha and drive into Lincoln for the game...there are some great spots to eat in Omaha, and you can make it a road trip via hummer limo to Lincoln for the game....

I agree...representing the service men is a classy move....any uniform change other than that i would only propose for one game just to stir things up, but no permanent uniform change ever...

which of the recruits can come in and play next year? ...i think the new coaching staff has been able to salvage a huge recruiting skid by promising some of the young players the opportunity to be on the field....and out of the defensive players recruited how do they stack up in your opinion...3star and 2star recruits....

Believe...Huskers can win early.... Yes our recruiting class dropped from top 10 to out of the top 25....but the Huskers have some hidden talent from all of the good recruiting classes Callahan brought in, but did not a) motivate and B) use to each players best strengths... Kansas hasnt had monster recruiting classes, but they put together a good coaching staff and developed their players into a great team.... My favorite was Tommie Frazier#15 ....wow was he amazing...i still got the tapes....he led what may have been the best college football team in ncaa history to an ass whoppin over Florida that will never be forgotten
