    I was upset they didn't close UNL today. All the other schools in Lincoln were closed and all the ones anywhere around were also all closed but us.

    Coaches normally won't go back to coach in bowl games but I think that since they ended up making it the the National Championship, that its a different situation than just any bowl game.

    I am pretty sure that you are right. Usually coaches will leave if they are not going to be playing in the NC. Lets hope that he will be here right away to start recruiting.

    we should, as much as i would hate to, root for Mizzou to win so the Big 12 has someone in the NC game. if OU wins, Big 12 is out Also, if Mizzou wins, that should make it very likely that Kansas gets in. If Oklahoma wins, depending on how far Mizzou drops, who knows what will happen. Hopefully the Big 12 will get 2 in the BCS.

    I didn't realize that Kiffin's contract was up and that it wasn't going to be renewed. I still don't think that it will happen but you never know.

    I don't think that is right. I am pretty sure that Osborne has only fired Callahan and it will be up to the new coach whether any of the assistants retain their jobs. They will stay on until then.

    Same reasoning for me too, he was been a winner everywhere he had been. He seems like more of a safer pick than most the others because of that.
