Rivals has a teaser entitled "Santos: What we know" for insiders. Does anyone know the gist of the latest according to Rivals?

Last we heard of Santos was after he returned from his trip to Lincoln over the weekend. He told Rivals that he was going to call Bo on Wednesday to commit. It's just a matter of time.

I still prefer "12-Pac" (not to be confused with 2-Pac).

Wait have you read this thread? the amount of confusion over this 'decommit' is ... confusing! Sorry, I should have clarified. The more I read legitimate articles from legitimate writers, the more I become convinced that this was a mutual parting of ways. Reading posts never clarifies anything for me, unless it's written by EZ-E or a few others.

The more I read about Admire's decommitment the more become convinced that this was a mutual parting of ways. I was hesitant at first since I think as fans we always want to believe that our school didn't want the decommitted player anyway, but it really does seem like NU told Admire that we would be pretty far down the depth chart and might not see the field until late in his career - at best. Hint, hint. I think this will probably end up being a good thing by the time we get this class signed.

EZ-E, where did you find film on Santos? All I was able to find was a few 1v1 clips on rivals....they didn't show much. He made a great move to beat a RB rushing the QB on 1 and then got completely embarrassed by DeAndre Washington (OSU lean) on a get to the ball carrier play. He looked pretty good in what I saw. Rivals has another film clip of Santos. I made the same mistake the first time I went looking for his film. When you are on his profile page, click on "2 videos available" instead of the "AMP: TCU NIKE Camp RB vs. LB pt. 1." For some reason, you can't access his other film when you click on the AMP video.

Or maybe he just finally looked at the roster and realized he would only crack the two-deep in his Junior or Senior season at best. Solid guys like him are nice for depth, but I don't think we're losing a multi-year starter. Then again, it's hard to project this early.

that video kinda scares me, looks like hes developing a pretty good relationship with Malcom Brown, and he spoke very highly of UT But remember that in another recent interview Aaron said that he hadn't heard from Texas in a long time. That sounds to me like Texas doesn't intend on taking both Brown and Green. Or they simply lost Green's number.

Based on Owa's decision, our coaches better revise that script. Slick Rick is a relentless recruiter (to put it politely). The fact that Jalen initially chose to play for a guy like Kiffin makes me worry that he might buy into Rick's snake oil over Bo's no-nonsense approach. And this coming from a UCLA alum and Bruin fan. not this year he isnt.. for the longest time they didnt have a single recruit... now have three... two three star guys and a two..... i hope we land JG if true i think the mainthink about USC UCLA and those flash schools is they sell a lifestyle... fast cars being famous, lots of chicks center of attention front and center.. while at Nebraska we sell our program and the positive things it offers... and if YOU excell and do your best through the program great things can happen for you at the next level..... lots of kids can't connet the dots sometimes and obviously get caught up in the LA nightlife stripclub flashy exsistence on the visit or whatever..... I guarantee you that UCLA's lack of early commits is in no way an indication that Rick has changed his recruiting approach or style. Don't forget that UCLA only had two commits this time last year and still came away with a great class.

No kidding! I was thinking that too! I guess we shouldn't get too excited about this one. He could end up being the next Carl Crawford. It still hurts to watch Tampa Bay Rays games.

Utah would go to the Pac-10 before it went to the Big 12. And the Pac-10 would take them if they weren't getting Texas and friends.

Not buying the whole "Nebraska did this" narrative. Everybody has been saying this thing was leading to super conferences over the last few years. Nebraska just happened to be the school put in the position of making the first (unofficial) move.
