If this story gets any larger- I would expect the ACLU will be more offended about Minden putting Christmas lights on their courthouse. I believe if Taylor stays, he is still the man. The kid has a lot of growing up to due and that doesn't mean that he won't be pushed by younger talent on the team, but to lose out to Cody Green, I don't buy it. Things have a way of playing themselves out in the next few months. The offensive line got owned, that is where i would start with any criticism. We completed a whole season and Tommy Frazier was never sacked. They were throwing Taylor around like a rag doll last night. Taylor has the off season to make himself accountable for his actions and relationships on the team. I hope he decides to improve both and that would go a long way to correcting some problems.

I can not get on this wagon yet- only because I do not even know where to start. Lots of valid points here, but letting go 3 assistants would be a crush on the morale downtown. Watson's plan is decent, but the execution has been horrible. I only coach teens and you know during a warm up when it is going to be along night on the field/court. Like the announcers said, Nebraska players were saying he right things all week long- but their minds were elsewhere. Our performance showed us that we are just another college football team that didn't give a darn about being in their respective bowl game- aspirations deflated by losing their conference championship game. Hopefully, one of our assistants get promoted and is strongly encouraged to take anyone, he wishes, with him. This challenge will get corrected. 10 win season is still respectable (soft schedule) and yes, it could have been more, but that is why the game is played. Some days you got IT and other days you don't. In Joining the Big 10, we better hope we got IT each week, or it will be even a longer season next year. Happy New Year my brothers and sisters on HB.

Amazing that 10 days ago most of us felt the need to up Bo's current salary. Yes, he has lots of learning to do. The man is a competitor and i believe he will make the proper adjustments in the next few days. The coaches are not to blame for the all the 12 penalties, but you could make the case on the back to back delay of game penalties- i don't believe I have seen that before (unless you count crowd noise as a factor). We will regroup and reload and all have high expectations next year.

If Bubba were to be able to "sign" MLB contract worth $5 million, and he decides to go to college instead... is he able to buy insurance in the $5 million dollar range to cover him financially if he were to get hurt playing college athletics? Yes, I was in an accident that nearly ended my life 8 years ago. I was coaching prior to that and have continued after the accident ( I had back surgery two years later). I can tell you though, if you are experiencing any pain do to your physical ailment, coaching can exasrterbate the problem. You can become irritable rather easy if you are suffering some pain. Before I corrected the problem, I spent a few practices and games laying on the ground. I am almost 100 percent now, but there were a couple years where i became an A99Hole on a couple occasions, I liked to blame it on my Vicodine years. Good Luck
