We did play a nice little team a while back. You might have heard of them - - University of Oklahoma. So you say your D has more speed than Oklahoma's? Speak about East Coast bias. EDIT: Methinks that the perception of the huge scores put up by the Big 12 offenses is due to TERRIBLE defenses, not OUTSTANDING offenses. True VT put up a lot of points (for them) against us also hurts. But I think we have improved tremendously over the year on defense, especially after the MU game.

We've gotten screwed over by the bowl process too. In 2000, Notre Dame got a BCS bid over us even though we finished with as good a record & beat them head-to-head. Notre dumb will always beat out another team in the bowl process when their record is the same. They are the most watched and followed team in the country. However, NU will get picked over most teams simply because we travel extremely well. As long as we're not competing with Notre dumb for a bowl slot, we're almost assured we'll get that slot. Yeah, like this year they beat out a Big 12 inellagible no-show for the Sun Bowl slot. EDIT: Dang, I should have read "the same record". Bad Husker fan, bad, bad, Husker fan.

What the f#*k Zoogies? Yaaaay for next year pessimism. I love it! it's cool, I'm just sad that this season is over. and being realistic. you think this will be the same team without ganz, swift, et. all? We'll be back...but expect some lumps for next year with a Green QB. for now, just enjoy watching these seniors while we can. Are you making a prediction for next year's QB?
