Zone blocking has absolutely nothing to do with our troubles!!! Find any old O-lineman and he will tell you there isn't a big difference in the two other than assignments. Or issue is an inability to get through a defender and get to the next level. Add that to a RB that thinks he's Barry sanders in the backfield, and forgets to run FORWARD!!!!!! And you have yourself a problem with personel, NOT scheme!

I find the worst part of this debate is the attitude that the team needs to show us something worth cheering for! Excuse me but if you have attended so many games that just the chance to see the huskers doesn't get you pumped. then you need to give your tickets to a fan like Husker trucker who would probably kill to sit in your seat! Or better yet give them to me who has never seen a game outside of a spring scrimmage! Get over this idea that only a great husker team deserves your enthusiasm. 99 total rushing yards! 3.3 yards per attempt! Lucky still dances to the heels of the O-line and not much farther. Sure Helu maybe the future, but what the hell is wrong with the "strength" of our team? I'm at a loss! Any thoughts?

If you think Lucky is the only problem with our run game, your mistaken. There are much deeper problems! Our O-line is NOT our strength, I'm starting to believe we where getting a lot of smoke blown up our A$$@# in the off season! I know it's still early and I may just be impatient. I know these nuetral site games are all the rage, but often there's more lost than gained. And unless you have an event like OU-TEX have with the Texas state fair. Your not guaranteed to sell out. Besides it's a lot easier to build a semi regional rivalry than a cross country shootout every year.

The increase in enforcement is do to the need to earn more $$$ for the city. Cost of doing buisness has gone up for everyone i guess. Seems everything's a violation or citation anymore. Regardless of political affiliation, all this pregnant teen sh#t is off-limits in the political arena. However, I agree on Palin being a Gilf Why? If they wanna run around professing traditional family values than they should get this thrown at them. I remember a few conservative talking heads trashing Chelsea Clinton about her looks. Where was the outrage there? If your gonna profess to being all about values, you should have your own house in order. Wow still a bunch of shell shocked huskers in here. If anyone doesn't feel we can win at least 7 games on or offense alone, than there's a Downers Anonymous group meeting a couple groups over. This is a good sign that they have NO confidence in their O-line. Glennon is a much better passer, but can't get away from pressure. This could be very good to us as it plays against (or too?) our weakness stopping the intermediate passing game. As has been said a spy maybe all we need to stop the scramble, and Glenn has more than enough speed to handle Taylor. We may just crush this team! (A little optimistic I know, but did you see that ECU game?)

Makes a good point. But I still get the warranty on any high price electronic perchuse. Probably because having worked in the stock rooms, I can tell you that the guys unloading the trucks could care less if your once in a decade purchase is treated with any kind of care. No disrespect to any dock men who are true professionals! I think my warranty is like 4 years. After that I figure I pretty much got my $ worth. Don't think there is any way this will happen. Unfortunately BIG TEX was able to kill that when entering the big12. And it was NO accident!
