Distance may not matter for FB, but there are a couple of non-revenue sports where it would cost UN a ton of money to send people to the west coast repeatedly. Pac 10 will not happen. Big 10 is a good fit in so many ways other than FB. I'm psyched for the Big 10.

We were also a heck of a lot better than Iowa State. The better team does not always win... 8 turnovers, 4 inside the IS 5 yd line... That game was an anomaly. TT beat us, VT essentially even, and UT essentially even. I am planning on the physical nature of Husker football to be surprising and overwhelming for AZ. We'll see soon enough... Less than 3 hours until the story starts to unfold.

Yep, we rode the horses that we had, and almost rode them to the win. Very disappointing sequence of events to be so close at the end but being realistic, this was a great game for Nebraska football. Time to rebuild the offense and continue to dominate the defense. NC's within 5 years!
