I voted for Lee. As others have mentioned he seems to have a problem of fumblitis. In the few snaps he got, he fumbled quite an amount. I think Lee will bring us some wins as this was all based on personal opinions. I would like to see Green get some playing time and possibly even Spano getting a good shot at first string.

Red, according to people who have read it and summarized on other boards, he has stated that he is bored with Florida and would like to go to a school out of Florida. Who knows what that means, but it could end up good for us if it's true to what they have been saying. Apparently going to take a visit to KSUcks as well.

We're getting it around 1.59-1.69 here in Vegas. Bought a Dodge Charger SRT-8 during the 2.99 thing but they wanted to up the price of the car so I told them to shove it, glad that I did. It also helped that work was 2 miles a day and never used that much gas, though she could definitely guzzle it if I put my foot down. Gas needs to stay where it is or get lower, moving next month into my new house and it's 15 miles one way, but quite a bit less traffic and noise. Also more of a chance to get snow as it's closer to the mountains.

I liked what he had to say, even most of his opinions held merit. If Green is ready to play the 2009 season then good, if not redshirt the kid and let him learn the offense. He can give us 5 good years and get a degree at the same time. He seems to be a workhorse and enjoys a challenge, he knows he has to compete and he wants to get some PT. I think the kid has a good head on his shoulders and he'll be happy to do what is best for him and for the Huskers.

Putting a face to the name and showing the coaches of the high school that Bo and his assistants care about the kids. More than PR, it lets the High School coaches get a feel for Pelini and shows them the type of person he is, a win win in any situation.

We had a packed house for every game on tv this year. There was only standing room for every game and people were there easily 3-4 hours prior to the game just to try and get seats. Easily a 1000 people per game in that little tiny area.

All the plays they included in the highlight film, anyway Nevertheless I'm excited to have Ankrah aboard. Somebody said he's iffy? why, grades? He has a 790 on his SAT's.....I was told that you need a 950. If i'm not mistaken(as it is possible with the new SAT's) you need a score based on your GPA overall. It used to be that way for Div 1 athletics but not sure if that changed with the new scoring. I had a 3.85 GPA in high school and all I needed to play was an 810 on the SAT's. Back then(1995) you could have almost received that score by filling out your name correctly.

We attended a watch party in 1999 and again in 2005 at a bar in Vegas as a Nebraska Watch site. It was a ball, but I don't think it was called Tocino's, it was something else. Maybe the bar changed hands? Whatever, it was a ball. Lots and lots of Huskers. A nice and refreashing change. Yeah it used to be at Skinny Dugans, but they remodeled for like 2 years. They opened up again and closed 6 months later. They moved it to Tocino's this year, last year was Bugsy's.

Word around the boards I frequent seem to point at him announcing Sunday or Monday, but they also say Tuesday is when we'll find out about it. Not sure if this is true or not, but figured i'd pass on the gossip.

Maybe i'm missing something or it was edited, but it was pretty easy to understand what he was saying. With the responses given to this new guy, I had to do a double take to see if I was on ESPN's forums again because I've yet to see anyone treat others like that here. Do you guys really want this place to be just like that craphole? Way to make an impression on someone trying to get a feel for you guys and way to make someone feel welcome.

I may have to eat my words, but so be it. If he makes a decision based of the smoke and mirrors then he deserves what he gets. If he wants to play and earn a spot he should come to Nebraska, if he wants it handed to him then he should go elsewhere. I still stand by my quote he will be here and all that comes with it if he goes elsewhere.

Maybe we can make sure you take his English final for him so he doesn't pass. haha
